Crepe paper curling machine Model AM-3 demonstration.
This short video demonstrates how to start using the AM-3 crepe paper curling machine offered by Carte Fini. The most common question is how to insert the crepe paper to get the process started. Here we show you how to begin by inserting the tip of the paper between the two wheels while slowly cranking clockwise. Once started you will see that we move the trailing edge of the crepe paper to the inside of the brass curl. At this point we simply hold the paper in place, maintaining a bit of tension to the trailing edge, while simultaneously and continuously cranking the wheel. Once yo have the hang of it you will see that you may alter your ultimate curls by moving the trailing edge up and down the brass curl as well as increasing and decreasing the tension you allow to the trailing edge.
