MYNEWBRAIN is a channel dedicated to helping Traumatic Brain Injury survivors and their families on the road to recovery. My videos will address topics that most of us have faced or are facing in our healing process. I am not a doctor or therapist, but what I do have to offer is the experience of the pain and suffering I've been through since my injury, and the ways that I have overcome and am overcoming them.

I introduce alternative mindsets, and practices that have helped me along my journey and I believe it all has the potential to improve your overall health as well. These alternatives also have the benefit of not having to take any additional pharmaceutical medications which only treat most of the symptoms that we face.
