Devon's fruit has not shown the ability to copy powers, much less memories. She may have access to the likeness of his Gyuki form, since that's the form she touched. But you're saying she would have his powers as a matter of fact. Where is this ability shown? This is a theory people argue, but not fact as of yet. 2. Pudding may never awaken the poneglyph reading ability. She hasn't yet, at least. 100% they raised the sea levels, wano and its people is a representation just like how it sunk from rain after the walls where made the world had the same effect when the redline was created/connected blocking free passage to the 4 seas raising levels in each and creating reverse mountain the exit point of the waters from each into the "grand line" the old land that connected all the seas. luffy destroying the parts of the redline where the world government rule from will unlock the seas again releasing the water from the 4 chambers and allowing it to free flow again around the world lowing the level exposing the old kingdom fully to show it wasn't a country but a conglomerate of all the grand line and new world islands and people.

I think that Dorry and Brogy will be the ones to sacrifice themselves for the straw hats. They are already on their way to Luffy and the 5 elders and I think they are the only other people currently on the island strong enough to stall the 5 elders long enough for the broadcast. I also feel like this situation is very similar to dressrosa when the allies has to stall doffy for the 10 minutes in order for Luffy to get his Haki back.
