I have no experience in this. All my TV's are 10+ years old lol. I would assume that the upscaling would be handled more like an 'in between' buffer to make older videos more smooth. This kind of 'AI Assistance' imitates 60fps off of a 20fps video by adding in 4 images between each frame. Typically these are created by blurring two images together (the first and second frame). Again, just a guess, but I have seen this technology used before and can be generated very quickly. This type of AI generation doesnt demand a ton of resources, unlike a 'creation AI' which creates images on the fly. Typically the 'creation AI' takes a very long time to generate (like I outlined in this video), and would require its own high-end processor just for that purpose. Because of the requirements, I do not see the television industry jumping on that any time soon. It is simply too early of a technology to utilize effectively.

Alt and F11 at the same time will open the Advanced Visual Basic window so you can run code. If you have never used VBA in Excel you might want to look up some tutorial videos for it.

Thank you for saying the video was a good tutorial, however I really did not want to point out your own error in 'correcting' mine. Now I feel like I should. 'Transfer' means to move from one location to another, as in removing it from the original. 'Copy' means to make something similar or identical to another. 'Backup' (in the terms of computing) means an extra copy of data from a computer. If I were to 'Transfer' data to an external drive, I would no longer have access to those files on my main computer. Doing so would negate the purpose of a 'backup'. Because we are even having this typed out conversation tells me this video was not meant for you. The video was created for novices in computing. It would be like a college professor correcting the physics on Cocomelon music video. Instead, 20 seconds into the video I do reference another tutorial that steps you through automatic backups, imaging, and more. This video should be more geared towards your needs.

@@gray-technical You are absolutely right. So in essence, the title should be how to copy files😄. Regarding backup, the main difference with it is that it compresses the files and you can't actually have access to the files until you back it up... I did my photos the other day and from 250 GB the backup was 100GB. Massive difference. I am no expert like you are, but I do know a thing or two about backing up and imaging. But I like to watch others in case I learn something new. It's just that I am a person that likes the video to be what the titles says, and when it doesn't I feel ... "cheated". But I can still recognise a good work, regardless.

They did an update about a month ago that makes it so the videos 'Made for kids' and videos that are categorized as 'Music' will not work on this method. But podcast or normal 'video' uploads seem to work. If it doesnt, update the app and restart your phone. Let me know if this fixes it!

Your computer might have deleted it upon downloaded. Try and download again and look for a small rectangular popup at the top right of the internet window. It will tell you if the file was downloaded or if there was an issue.

Nope, sorry. I have never owned that brand, and I do not want to purchase another typerwriter keyboard because, despite the low review I gave (which I still stand behind), I do like the one I have. It just cost too much for what it is.

I think it is FN+R to cycle Bluetooth connection. You could also have an issue with your device only allowing 1 bluetooth connection at a time.

I love the keyboard, but I couldn't get behind the things that were bad. Its like a roller coaster. The things that are good are amazing! The things that are not so good, are horrible. $60 is more reasonable, but I sank over $100 in mine because A) I paid full price, and B) I had to get a Bluetooth dongle for it separately. If it was $60 with a dongle, it would have scored much higher.

It was more effective back in the day before media was commonly copied, but ever since floppy drives and CD's, it has pretty much been a joke. Especially now with instantly fast transfers and the internet.

You can do either. If you want it just for storing backups, you can format it (to clean it off and start fresh), or keep your files and just keep adding to it. If it was me, I would buy another HDD because of how cheap they are, and use that as my backup drive. I would keep everything the same on the original so if (God forbit) something happens to your computer, you still have your old HDD ready on standby.

You mean upgrading the drive in you computer? If you are doing that then the best way would be to clone the drive, if possible. This will copy everything exactly as it is, just putting it on the new SSD, but it is much more involved. If you don't feel comfortable doing that then you will be left with manually coping your files to an external drive before installing the new drive in your machine. But your installed programs and applications will not transfer over this way. If you are wanting to upgrade an external drive, then the most simple option would be to copy the files over and let it run over night. Might take a while, but this would be the safest and easiest way.

@@gray-technical thank you My SSD is 256 GB so it is a no-brainer they know what they are doing to get us to upgrade to a larger SSD. They say one TB but I say 4 cos I don't want to go through this again for a few years. am I right? They would have you spend money until you are broke and hard up but I am not willing to follow their plan. This is where I dig my heels in. Thanks also.

I personally have never tried the S-Video portion, because I never had a cable/outgoing for it. But the question with quality, I don't see how it would be much of a difference. You are comparing 360p to 480p, and then up-scaling it to a modern 4k or 8k tv. Its going to look poor either way. These formats were made to look their best on an old CRT at no larger than 42".

Yes, but the target audience will not understand the difference. Using technological terms on someone who doesnt know, or care, will only confuse them more.

That is true! You can get use to the keys. I loved typing on the typewriter I had, so the key height was nothing new to me. I recently replaced this keyboard with another one, simply because I underestimated how much I use a numpad for programming. For writing my scripts though... I would use this typewriter keyboard over any of my others I own. I love it! That aside, I do still stand by what I said. For the price, I would expect more. USB Dongle, quieter keys, and possibly have the keys either on a slight slant or sized differently to make it easier not to miss-click.
