You must try handstand on chain like theses which you can see somewhere outside. The ones that separate the roadway from the sidewalk, you know what's I mean. It's possible, very hard but possible I did that!

@8artezzio a ja się tu tym moim kiepskim angielskim wysilam 😅 Jak będziesz próbował z łańcuchem, to rękami jakby ten łańcuch rozciągasz/napinasz, i łopatki ściągasz jak przy wyciskaniu na płaskiej, jakbyś gryf chciał złamać. Ja na slackline ćwiczyłem, zmniejszałem napięcie stopniowo, jak konkretnie naciągniesz to wiele od stania na gryfie się nie różni. Zdrowych, Wesołych świąt ;)

Bosu? Don't waste your time on that one. Do a regular handstand, or press to handstand. Don't be 'that guy' in the gym who does weird stuff on a Bosu ball. I would also add L-Sit or V-Sit.

Do you know a guide that can teach me how to get into calisthenics without equipment or with some equipment but without going to the gym
1. (1-3mnths) Start from doing squats/ dips/ pullups/ pushups Build a strong base e.g. 30dips/ 15pullups/ 70pushups in a row 2. (from 3rd month) Then add some weight (buy a belt and weight or just use a backpack with school books...like I did many years ago not having any money at all) 3. Start adding basic progressions (choose only 1-2 skills in the beginning) e.g. handstand 4. Keep tracking your progress and build a simple plan (use ChatGPT..it's simpler than you think) 5. And the last step (but the most important) that'll keep you in a game for a longer period of time...read self-development books, meditate, eat healthy The first progress will go fast In a matter of 3-6 months you'll be able to hold a 10s handstand Then you'll hit the first stagnation...go out to parks and start working out with beasts...it'll open a version 2.0 of you Good luck buddy, I'm rooting for you! If you read all of this and you truly noted in your head those steps...you're ahead of 99% Write those steps on a paper and read it everyday (especially the step nr5)

I cant do that put i can do a muscle up at 13 years old is that good ?
Even chicken wing muscle ups are insane at your age. At 13 I couldn’t even do a single pull up, now at 15 after 1 1/2 moths of training I can do 10. Still can’t do muscle ups😢
Yeah man, at your age I was still doing 5-6 pullups not knowing I'll go anywhere with this. Muscle up means that you know what you are doing Keep this up!

How to do easy pullups for beginners?
Try hanging for a while first, then do negative pullups by getting a chair to start at the top and then slowly go down. It may take weeks to maybe months tho so just keep practicing
