**If Maple Lane doesn't have your cut sheet by September 17th when the pigs arrive for slaughter, there is a good chance you won't be able to have your pork cut to your specifications, so please make sure you deliver your cut sheet to Maple Lane directly or have it to Kelby or I on or before Wednesday the 15th.
