Each month, you get a chance to get Sunken Items (1 Sunken Object and several item orbs, namely, Revive Droplet, Fairy Sewing Tool, Mana Potion, Life Potion, Orb Shards, and Ticket Pieces). If you missed a month (you didn't collect one or some of the Sunken Item(s) in previous month), the Sunken Item "quest" will restart, but the Sunken Item(s) you haven't collect is still there. You need to clear the quest for the current month to get the "carried over" Sunken Item(s). When you cleared the said quest, a new quest will appear that is actually a quest and the Sunken Item for the current month. I hope my explanation didn't make you more confused...

He's the game producer, not the customer service. There's a team that specifically works for it and I don't know why they don't give you a response, but just try again until they respond if you want... For your information, I'm not a person who is working on Asobimo. So, complaining here doesn't make your account back.

UP!! Yes. Pity system will actually encourage people to spend money. But, to make it fair, only make with paid orbs. If you make it with unpaid orbs, bot, alt and rmt will have more advantage and the inflation will still occur. So, Suzuki P, if you reading this, please consider it. 🥹🥹🥹

I agree, the orb system/shop is miserable. I just done getting my second Ice Beast (bot) which took me 60+ pulls to get. There is also another avatar, black raven cape (acc), a 8% rate avatar which took me approx 30+ pulls to get. This is more noticeable with the normal banner as I'm 100+ pulls in and still haven't gotten a single prime nor leg. The purchasable goods aren't priced properly either (imo), a book of oblivion costing 30 orbs is baffling for me since it's one of the more important items especially in toram with how their combat system works.

The problem is they are focused on upward progression: adding new bosses stronger bosses and higher level, instead of expanding progression: example: stoodie, more rewarding side quests, better pet system, better land experience, better open world exploration etc.,meaningful npc interactions

Not really. In fact, it's a miracle that this game is still alive. It's hard for P2W (non-RMT) players to spend their money to get their progression like the other games offers. Because of that, you can say that the income for the game is limited. Thus, it's not weird if they're thinking that Toram is kind of a dying game.

But still the dev was old rpg game dev so its to damn difficult for compete in era of AAA MMORPG except They make the character optional have VA and the avatar they sell become so bright Or maybe make the reset skill use spina instead because using orb was too expansive for many player (because they always ask it every single damn update) 😂😂

I agree, i always think suzuki is passionate to the game. And they are always adding new content actually, new bosses, eq, and items every seasonal event. and also they're adding new mechanic every year such as new skills, new fishing feature, polished the cb function, and bazaar system. it make me satisfied enough tbh. Adding new mechanic is not as easy as it seems. programming is not that easy, it can take months/or even year. for example just look at the minecraft game, it has even slower update/or new content to game than toram. i cant understand what other player thinking that make them unsatisfied. It is back to the dev priority, what first they want to update.

@@kagari_toram Those kinds of people are just spoiled brats who never learn and understand the meaning of struggle and patience. Just take a look at PVP for example. They added and removed it TWICE just because it DOES NOT fit the concept idea of Toram Online as Suzuki P stated (as if Snowball fight is not enough). I can only imagine the level of spoilery if they even dare to compare games like Tibiame, Warspear, Elsword, Runescape, Ragnarok online, FF14, SAO IF, World of Warchraft and the like towards genshin or wuwa. These games are old as heck and has their own unique charms and I have played through some of those titles. Sadly it's the reality. Unless those brats got hit by an unforgettable lesson, they won't learn, not even a bit.

Oh, unconcerned here I meant was something about lack of or not showing interest (at least that's how google describe it and the original word was 淡々(:tan-tan) and the meaning by dictionary was 'disinterested, unconcerned, indifferent, plain, light') And yeah, Suzuki P is the producer of the game and being a producer means you are managing so many things that it's nearly impossible to have a rest, but he still chooses to shows up on stream at least once a month (if there's no obstacle) which is the closest way to interact with your player and it's an amazing amount of dedication for the game to be able to do that.

They need to add a pity system for the gacha, every class is powerful but the amount of time and effort you need to spent playing a non-meta class to atleast somewhat compete with the meta's is just too much. right now spina loses its value like week and if they added a pity system to the gacha. People would start and rather spend their money on orbs instead of buying spina to buy avatars/inventory/Piercers etc, and thus benefitting the game instead of those spina sellers. the orb shop is too old they REALLY need to change how it works, if they truly have a passion for toram and wants to make the game better. Right now the orb system is just super predatory, expensive and unfair. genshin old weapon banner gacha system looks tame compared to toram's avatar gacha system and genshin old weapon banner is literally a scam, this just shows how BAD the system is in toram
