I thought so based on everything I've seen and done, but after a long and frustrating process of asking a simple yes or no question to the customer service in the game settings I never got a clear answer but it said "victory is achievable" and they wouldn't tell me how to beat it

Then, in my second 10 pull I got standard banner 5⭐. This makes the precise wish gauge full. I didn't want to waste this chance so I pull again until I got Zayne. @@violetthamoon If you pull in this banner and got nothing (no 5⭐ either from the event banner or the standards banner), the pity will continue. But the guaranteed is 50/50 you can get the event banner card or standard banner card. To guaranteed you can get event banner 5⭐ card, you need to get 5⭐ standard banner (we call it rate on). You can see in my video that I got 5⭐ standard card in my 20 pull, so the next pity it's guaranteed that I can get event banner 5⭐ (with/without precise wish). So basically, if you want a guranteed 100% of gaining 5⭐ card from event banner, a 5⭐ standard banner card need to drop first. If you pull until hard pity and neither the standar nor the event card haven't drop yet, the chance you get 5⭐ event card or 5⭐ card is 50/50. I hope you can understand, sorry if my explanation confusing.

@@violetthamoon Yeah, the guaranteed will continue even if you pull for upcoming banner. In a gacha games, we usually call this situation rate on (a 100% guaranteed condition after we got spooked by standard banner 5-stars).

I don't know if it can help, but my cards level are around 65-55 (with 4 cards are 5⭐ and 2 cards are 4⭐) so maybe you try to level up your cards. Use guns for the weapon, try to dodge the enemy's attack asap, try to destroy the stone asap.

@@kardeslerimxsüsöm Try to upgrade your card's level or try to use another companion if its not fixed by system. If its a fixed cards, try to watch my gameplay video of that chapter.

If you have b5 pair cards, you can use it. But, if not, just use whatever you have as long as its strong enough. Or, you can just use the auto equip button to know which cards is best for that stage. @@mousumigupta2624 Click the memories button (beside the story button), then click the memories that you want to upgrade (choose Xavier/Zayne/Rafayel), upgrade the 4/5 stars only, don't upgrade 3 stars memories. Choose memories aligned with the stellactrum for the battle (you can see the stellactrum color when the battle start). The are 6 colors of stellactrum (yellow, green, blur, red, pink, purple).

We get can the voice call automatically when we level up the LI's affection level.
