I reckon he didn't deserve her ‼️
It might have been forward but it was good for the game. Its barbarian rugby and the all blacks agreed to run the ball. Jpr almost decapitated twice by bryan williams. he didn't complain got on with it. RIP JPR. Interestingly bevan was always outside but john dawes played inside making tom david and derek quinnel famous x
R.I.P Jimi.
After all these years we can safely say that Kate Bush's explosion onto the music scene was unique. She remains one of the truly exceptional artists. There's a special symbolism to her invocation of the Brontes as the start of an unparalleled artistic career. Like Kate the Bronte sisters broke a mold and left, we can now say, an indelible mark on English literature. Beyond that, Howarth is a stunning place; to be seen to be believed. The beauty of the town, nestled in the wild, forbidding, Yorkshire moors must have, somehow, inspired the Bronte sisters.
nope its rockabilly
love this and the next album from him. so much given and so little received from life.
How can you not like this, it's beautiful
I see it completely different.. Jimi was most certainly a fan of science fiction films, I can clearly hear it.. it's blues, with a science fiction twist. LoL.
Such a very distinctive voice. Unique.
This woman is like a fine wine ....just gets better and better with time ...I'm still in love with her ❤
Fabulous memories!
1er comentario: Que siga creciendo nuestro rugby. Los y las niñas de campo tendrán mucho que decir.
Never heard Tom sing this before but love it❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Funny considering I first heard this song on a show called Macron 1. It was an anime adaptation where they would play licensed pop music during the fight scenes. Trying to find episodes with the music intact is a challenge but I was able to find the Hebrew version of the series with the songs intact.
One can only imagine what kind of stains her picture was hideing 💦💦🤣
The best version of that song

Still doing in 2024 classic
Back in the 80s while I was doing the Leaving Certificate I had a tape of Christy Moore songs. I played that tape to death while trying to learn Peig or Philadelphia here I come or whatever.
I had the amazing joy of watching steve Sunday 10th Nov in Nottingham. Was the best night ..didnt want it too end ..the band ..his interaction with audience was natural and funny normal...just best music live I have heard for years
Saw him in Bath last night. Great night, great audience, interaction and little stories. Almost 2 hours from him, non stop music. Enjoyed it a lot
Mica Paris at her finest, soul music with a funky beat that still feels like an all time classic ❤
the northern hemisphere had some fantastic backs around that era i think it was in1969 the french toured nz and had fantastic backs the likes of maso lux trillo. dourte. villpreuxer beautiful to watch rugby like that
the greatest set of backs you could ever hope to see edwards john gibson dawes duckham davies williams. magical
I saw an Albert King interview when he said Hendrix couldn’t play the blues. I couldn’t figure out if he said that because Jimi was a huge star or what. If BB King had said it I would think about it possibly having some substance . I don’t think Albert was one for giving out compliments . Although I believe he loved Stevie Ray Vaughan.
How phenomenal 10cc brought this all the way through. It still plays beautifully on Sirius/XM
"One of the last of the true rock'n'rollers", what a stupid statement to open the documentary.
SENSACIONAL
This has Omar's hallmark all over it. Bad tune..
So romantic 💕
Met Jiffy in a pub on a night out after a Welsh Game in the 1990's , such a humble nice guy and always willing to speak to fans
Enough chemistry to power the sun.
These transcriptions are so bad. GET A CLUE, YT 😠 THX FOR THE POST, THO! 💙✊🏼
6:00 I watched that intro... over & over...on a VHS Video tape. I managed to obtain the complete 1969 Swedish TV Broadcast of that 1st Show. The complete EX soundboard recording's, of both 1st & 2nd Show's, were made available on a Bootleg release entitled "On the killing floor" on the swinging pig label, pressed in 1989. It seem's this superb S.B.S Doc... started a whole new interest in Jimi's music legacy.
I dont like these songs with Robert. I do love his work!, just not here. Also, i would bet he's not "in shape" for stage display. Aint nuttin new, & God Rest his Soul. 💙✌🏼✊🏼 Any Friends of Bonnie's, are Friends of mine ✌🏼😘
💙✊🏼 Thats Collaboration!
Definitely before their Time 💙✊🏼🕯️
Amazing singer .
In my honest opinion Elkie Brooks at her best 😊
@@ronaldmcalister8008I saw her on the 21st September at the Cadagon Hall in London . She blew the roof off , she was amazing.
❤
Jimi didn't fit into the black box, so he was lured to London and became a hero for the white youth. One of many black guys contributing towards breaking the race barrier. Short life, but what an impact!!! Rip, Jimi.
I've been searching for this everywhere
Well Sir Gareth played the tours open to him at the time. He was a sportsman. Its good he went back to reflect on things. He was well received i must say.
Kate studied under the same mime artists as David Bowie. Like David, and several others at the time and since, Kate is a prophet. She knows what is going on. I think she was trying to warn us. Wuthering Heights is the apocalypse. Look at the way she touches the window. Consider other planes or plains such as the (Oasis) Wonderwall, about an imaginary friend, the woman in the wall Beautiful South, and the silver screen that the girl with the mousey hair is stuck too and the wall that Bowie is standing by in Heroes. And perhaps Roxy's Virginia Plain's plain was really a plane. What Window pane, plain, plane is Kate touching?
Moone Boy, what a great theme.
When this song was played in the night club the floor would be packed with people dancing and requesting it to be played again. Man those were good times
Jimmy Hendrix shows why you should never transplant the black American experience onto the black Europoen experience. Like Josephine Baker, soul music and. Blues, Hendrix had to come to the UK, Europe, to be accepted and successful. BLM is out of context here. We are not perfect. Don't forget, before Windrush, the good Irish were considered the ni**ers of Europe; and they're white.
The late great BRIAN JONES!!!!
As good as life can get
As good as it can get for a participant!
He was definately the prototype for all the Power Funk, and Afro funk that came later. A friend of mine, much older than myself, was an attendee at the first semi-public appearance Hendrix made at Creme/Clapton's after-hours jam session. Chas Chandler managed to get him a spot on it. ANd MY pal Jimmy the Hat saw Clapton about breaj down in tears with the ''It's all over for me'' expression. What a shame. Good thing they tuyrned out to be good mates, isnlt it? Swapping trick and tips all chat long. I joined a pub session in Clonakilty, bottom South of Ireland in the late 90's, where, in the pub, there was loads of REALLY prized Hendrix memorabilia. awards, and gold dics etc all over the back of the bar, and it turned out to be Noel Redding's local session. He was a fairly grumpy unhappy guy as the Experience (He and Mitch) had been compeltely ripped off by Chandler. Also, his wife tragically died in a traffic accident. My heart totally went out to the guy. He wasn't even a bass player. Well, he was, in the sense of it wasn't a problem for him. He was in act a REALLY talented guitarist himself.
That ''ten bob'' was probaly all Noel got out of Chas Chandler
Did anyone ever notice the TV, newspapers, and documentaries only really ever focused on the gimmicky side of it all: the burning, and smashed guitars, American Anthem etc. WHen there was a whole world of gentle sensitive stuff, soulful stuff, and funky stuff that got totally ignored by them all. Most peopke probably only know Purple Haze and Hey Joe.
