vlog | fully vaccinated in nyc, rosé chicken, my birthday celebration
I'm now fully vaccinated! So thankful to be living in NYC where COVID-19 vaccinations have rolled out rapidly for everyone and allowed restaurants and places to open back up again. In this video, I also cook rosé chicken, a healthier alternative to rosé ddukbokki, and celebrate my first birthday with friends in New York post-covid.

second part of my jeju trip vlog is now up! this second portion of my trip also included a lot of walking/hiking two oreums (volcanic cones), picking mandarins at a local farm, as well as visiting cute and popular cafes for yummy cakes and tea. i didn't end up having a lot of footage of the food i ate, but i also had delicious omakase and spicy kimchi stew with the local-famous black pig pork. ...
