Nice flight! Yeah the IL2 GB maps aren't good for historically accurate P-40 ops beyond Russian use. I know there are mods, but an official Med/N. Africa map would give it more options beyond "making stuff up". Still good job taking out those 110's.

You can equip the 109K4 with the Methanol Water injection system plus you get the Mk108 30mm canon. Even though it drops off quick any hits landed will be devastating. The added turning ability of the 109 makes it a good choice over the FW. Easy for me to say I own both planes :)

Hey, That weird error "Config override file out of date"is solved!! I just had to tick "reduced color mode" and select 16bit. Then in the config select Disable warning boxes and Disable unsuported devices and drivers. Video idea: must have mods (scenery, etc) and best quality planes. Like a basic overview of the modding space as of 2025. (Also, a link to the ETO mod and other packs that are not defunct in that video would be awesome)

My grandpa bought this game when I was a kid and a Logitech attack 3 controller, he tried to play it but decided to throw the game and the joystick out because “it’s broken I tell it to do one things and then a minute later it actually does it” I installed it on our family pc and plugged in the controller to realize he threw it out because his computer wasn’t fast enough to play it, ever since then I have been fascinated with World War Two and aviation
