Hello, welcome to aim training. All maps are good. I would suggest playing different tracking tasks to see what your best at, see what you like the best. Really, it just takes a lot of practice. Once you start to get confidence in any tracking task, it helps you do better on all tracking tasks. When I first started aiming I played a tracking task over 6000 times, it helped me a lot. Play the VT benchmarks, start out with the novice tasks, work your way up. They have a nice app for aimlabs to track your progress.

Hello, Thank you very much. I am usually around .40 valorant sens (81.64 cm) at 400 DPI. I usually dont go slower than .37 and not faster than .425.

​@@00Twitchy amazing! you use a very slow sens for sceneries like Controltrac, Jettrack. I always try to see someone who uses low sens for all scenaries. You are a inspiration

about 1 year ago I practiced ground tracking a lot and it has helped me a lot. put the time in, work on it and get the score, it will also with help with similar tasks in the future.

I personally have been doing 20 minutes a day for about 2 weeks in aimlabs. Emerald 4 to Diamond 4 in ranked and just broke 90k in both sixshot and gridshot starting from low 60's at the beginning.

Thank you very much PS3Gamer! I train for several hours a day, everyday. Yes, I reach plateaus within my aiming cycles, which are every 3 months. When I reach a new cycle I usually get a boost. When I am peaking or aiming very bad withing my aiming cycle, I just keep aiming and I push through it, i try playing different tasks and different categories to see what I am best at that day. Eventually, when I get a new aiming cycle, I get a lot of high scores.

I started sixsot in the low 60's also and worked my way up to 130k+

yes, i rest my arm on the mousepad, not that much arm, maybe 4 to 8 inches of my forearm is on the mouse pad. sometimes i float my arm, it depends on the task if i arm or wrist aim or if i float my pivot point or if i anchor my pivot point 4 - 8 inches up my forearm on the front edge of the mousepad.

@@00Twitchy Heyy so this week i didnt play at all becouse too much school work but i managed to get some new plat scores and even really close to get 2 diamond scores the problem is my wrist really hurts past days so i might quit playing aimlabs for few days

@Keryzz08 very good with the scores, your wrist will be okay. do an ice bath, i have a video about it. it's normal, i have been doing ice baths for 1.5 years now.

Thank you very much Alt. I really dont know any way to improve faster. It takes time. What I could say is, we are not good at every category everyday. Do a few plays in a task or two in every category, see what your best at that day.

Shyjoyo has a great channel and he makes great videos. I believe that we have to believe in ourselves. How do we believe in ourselves? For me, I would see glimpses of me doing good in a 60 second run, I would work on making my whole 60 second run look like my glimpses of greatness. This happens over and over. Once you see and believe you can get higher scores, you get even more focused and train more. We are better than our scores show at any moment, its not easy doing a 60 second run. Have to build up strength and stamina. It takes time, you have to push through it, believe in yourself and be relaxed, everyday is not perfect. Focus on one target at a time. For me, my cycles are every 3 months. I start a cycle much better, i go up and down within a cycle and at the end of a cycle I am very bad. I just keep working on everything, knowing, soon I will get a new cycle and be a little better. It’s been this way for my 2 years of aiming. Thank you for your support!

Thank your very much! I really appreciate it when I can inspire someone. I like to warm up with a little faster sens, i take my time, 15 minutes at least usually, some days even 30 minutes. When i am starting to get very accurate with my faster sens, i switch to my normal sens for the task and I am much crisper, more accurate. My methods to improve, i train everyday and i push myself for certain accomplishments on the leaderboards. Feeling competitive makes me feel alive. I grind tasks hard and i try to group similar tasks together and work them together. Sometimes i am playing the tasks in my head when i sleep and i think i actually learn the bot movements when i am sleeping.

@ I like the higher sensitivity training idea, and the visualization training is something I’ll have to try out. Thx for responding. Have a happy new year and I hope you see many more high scores my fellow grinder.

@@Shyjoyo Thank you! I wish you a Happy New Year and many new high scores in 2025. I just got master on VT S2 and S3 and Radiant in S1 Valorant in 1 week., I will be working on the VT S3 hardest benchmarks in 2025.

I haven't played Val in over 1 year. I spend all my time aim training. When i played Val, the girl that showed me the game like to play unrated. I did play my 5 placement games when i first started and I got Silver 3. I will start playing again soon, to create some content. I watch a lot of VCT matches, I am a big fan.
