We were on this cruise in March 2023. Had a great time. We were so tired after we got back to the ship each day that we really had no idea there were any shows or other entertainment. We’d get back to the ship, drop things off in our room, grab dinner and head to the aft deck by the by the buffet area and just relax.

Consider the source. Listening to them and following their stories speaks volumes. Unfortunately it's their fault and they had to learn a painful and expensive lesson. It's not worth saving a few dollars booking with any company that's not a part of the cruise line, make sure your time pieces line up with the cruise ship and get back early. 😔

What advantages are there to booking with a travel agent as opposed to doing it yourself?

To all the ignorant folks out there: Yes, their private excursion made them miss the ship. It was the ship refusing to allow them aboard once they caught up to it that is the basis for their complaint.😊
