Huh, that's a new one for me sorry. The only problems I ever had was if I entered the store with a gun in my hand... then the clerk would just crouch or sit down and not give the money. Once I started drawing a gun inside the store it all worked fine. Seems like a strange bug. Maybe come back to it later?

@@BoomerGG409 yess the same thing happens to me but afterwards i found that I have to keep gun inside and entre the store then i have to draw the gun

You're not kidding.. it really does seem to do it on purpose. Ran into that same thing on the opossum. Saw dozens of three stars in the hours beforehand but as soon as that request hit and that was the last one I needed... nothing. Anyway, hope you get it soon!

@@BoomerGG409 i just got the skunk yesterday, but not on purpose (of course 😆😉). was on my way to the Old Hag shed near STILT SHACK, bumped into the skunk (at daytime, it's strange bcos it often spawns more often at night-time). cheers bro!

It's been a while but I believe there were two in the Winter Palace - one was through an open window on the balcony just before the ambush with the rift - if you're interested the room in question is in Part 2 of my guide here ua-cam.com/video/l8iAKvAxMbA/v-deo.html. It's at around the 14 minute mark, the same room where you get the last Halla Statue and Caprice Coin. There's also one other supply cache in the Grand Apartments kitchen area you can grab before you report back to Cullen - sorry I can't be more specific its been a few years since I've played this. That is brutal. I remember losing my thoroughbred the same way on my very first playthrough. Train showed up right after I crossed the center of the river. That was ugly

Not sure, all I can think is they haven't gotten the map that corresponds with the treasure and are just going straight to the location to try and save time. I've never had a treasure not be at a location after I got the map. Thanks for watching!

That's frustrating to hear, sorry friend. They are certainly rare (especially that damn Californian one) but to not see one ever is seriously unlucky. I had the best luck at Trading Post shack near Horseshoe Overlook, seemed like a Great Horned one would show up every third night or so.

You'll get the key to the Servant's Quarters from Morrigan during a cut scene after you enter the ballroom after you've collected the first few three clues. From there the Servant's Quarters Door is in the hall of Heroes at the base of the stairs if I remember right.. sorry its been a while

You get the pamphlet automatically once you start Chapter 2 at Horsehoe Overlook along withe several others including improved arrows, improved throwing knives etc. You do have to go into your satchel and read it before the recipe shows as an option

@@BoomerGG409 I have 24 pamphlets and there is no improved tomahawk among them. There are arrows, tonics, bullets, even a homing tomahawk but not an improved
