Have you ever opened the throttle body? If yes it can be the common issue of idler which is the part inside the throttle body so you can fix that. Otherwise there can be multiple issues as you mentioned that at high RPM it is ok.

Agar throttle body clean karne ke baad ho raha hai to Idealr theek se nahi lagaya Ya us me kuch kachra chala gaya hai.

Abhi tak to proper hai bas thoda Allen key se tight karna hota hai agar move karo to baki fit hai. No issue.

Inka minimum gap 22 mm hai aap uska dekh lo agar isse jyada hai 25mm tak to lag jayegi nahi to nahi.

Safe hai but hi sake to Vrindavan cut par utarna waha se auto mil jayega itane time agar Mathura wale par utarogi to thodi problem hogi kyoki bus express way par hi utarti hai neeche nahi aati. Aur waha se bachche ke saath 1 km cover karna thoda uncomfortable hoga.
