unfortunately, this app is also paid! after few taps to translate, it doesn't work and it also have few bugs.

the above link is SCREEN TRANSLATOR APP which is much better than TAP TO TRANSLATE APP. It's also a paid app but by watching a ads it allows to translate (1 ad - 15 times to translate)
