I have all of the original versions of these figures. I never did like the clear plastic windows. So fragile and i always worry about cracking them or breaking. I pre-ordered these because of that reason.

i'dd rather have had ramjet as a parner figure instead of the megatron combination. i know why they did it; they want you to get both figures.

I really like tidal wave, but I am unsure about this one, is $200 and is tiny compared to Zarak, and he is not even as tall as Metroplex, don't get me wrong, it looks awesome, but is very small

Thanks for comparsion to Zarak, he is tiny! Seriously Hasbro... Titans cost $280 in my country. That´s a lot of money, over 1/4 of average monthly salary here. I accept shrinking of normal TFs as they are a lot more complex than during CW era for example and it makes Titans look more imposing... But now they are shrinking those in size as well? I waited for so many years for new big Tidal Wave, seeing this I could´ve just recreated the original, add knee joints and then print him out.

Very, very interesting; I barely noticed the mustache originally, which I don't think was part of the original design but along with the chin/beard really suits him as a naval commander

Tidal Wave is going to be my first Tidan Class figure. I am so excited to finally have a new toy of him after twenty some odd years, Not counting that box set repaint of Board Side. I'm tempted go out and try, key word being try, and getting The Ark and Nemesis.

The worst part about this figure, is that for me he releases at the same time as the Comic Edition characters, and that’s hard to budget

I'm a little disappointed that this guy's little versions don't turn into a smaller tidal wave... He's shorter than a lot of the current Titans much like black zarak... And zaraks head even turned into a smaller transformer. Great review though my guy
