There are many reasons why negative images could be coming through for you and not all of these negative in the end. they could be helping you to process parts of your self or your previous experience and to heal those aspects hence becoming more aligned with the heart. If you think coming into your own power and understanding your subconscious is dangerous then I feel sorry for you. There is nothing more dangerous than not knowing who we are.

I agree. I tried it once years ago and ended up drawing a demon that looked like a rat and kangaroo combined and it had 3 limbs with 3 claws on each. I haven't done this since.

Will see how I go with getting a vid of that together. and totally get the comment about the noise distraction, I had tried a few times to record this and ended up just having to do it anyway. The video is fine for the most part and I realised I was a bit hasty in posting. If I had waited till the end I wouldn't have said anything because it didnt stop me enjoying the video. Anyway I just wanted to apologise for letting my bad mood get the better of me. ❤️

Hi Shabnam, That is great you are using these techniques to shift some stuck energies. So good for that and for getting things moving. I most often just use these drawings as reference material for working up other pieces, especially if there is a recurrent theme coming through. Occasionally I will work a piece more into a finished piece but mostly they are the process work behind other pieces. I tend not to use fixative anymore but in the past I used super cheap hair spray as a fairly effective fixative but don't like to use the aerosol cans where it is not really needed. So I tend to make a folder I can stack these in for a period of time, then might recycle 90% of them and keep just one or two of the most powerful ones.

Absolutely you can, but be aware that the choice of music can affect what comes up for you. We will always colour what we hear with our own slant though so yes listening is fine, sometimes it can also help you quiet or distract the part of our mind that is normally the most active so the deeper layers can come through.

Hi, it is better to do the movement / scribbling part with your eyes closed as that enables us to really feel j to what the body wants to express and to allow us to bypass the mental mind. This way when we first open our eyes with get an initial intuitive response to what is in the scribble. This can sometimes take some practice if we are not attuned to seeing symbolism or drawing connections ... the longer you look the more the mind tries to make something of what it sees which is still useful but of a different layer of consciousness. Let me know how you go if you do experiment.

Thanks Karen. It was so exciting to see the colour just keep coming and coming, and whilst it is not particularly light fast it is still beautifully vivid here inside. So might be time to make some slippers or a beautiful bedtime shawl that will be hidden from the harsh light of day.

thanks...I hear you! You can see by the pics at the end I had tried to record this a few times and my little one was not cooperating at all but I wanted to share what was coming through. Sometimes you just have to roll with what you got.

In life you have to work through distractions. If you wait for complete silence to create you’ll be missing out on a lot of great opportunities. Work through city noise, cafe conversations, children playing, dogs barking, the TV. These are the noises of life.

Thank you so much for sharing this, compassion is something spirit has been showing me for a while, just how important it is and just how much we as a whole are willing to let that go in a race to 'ascension' or 5D. This message while being general was very much directed at the message going around about the Uluru solstice event in which the Pleiadian light box will activate if enough souls can hold a high enough frequency than causing the Earth to split leave those of a 'lower vibration' behind. A few months ago I recorded a reading in which I was shown someone standing on top of a pile of bodies while reaching up to the light. It was too disturbing at the time to share it publicly but the theme keeps coming back so I may need to address it more. I think the lack of compassion runs very deep and creates such pain because if we are not compassionate with others we are not compassionate with ourselves and this is the cause of so much over consuming, wanting, needing...... So thank you for reaching out because whilst I can see how the message is needed I wasn't sure if it would be received ... So thank you and so much love to you

@@lightofthegoldenthread Well, I received it, and I totally hear you when you talk about leaving others behind, this is a discourse that makes me deeply uneasy, and I am sure many others will resonate with this as well. If the era that is opening in front of us is the era of the heart chakra, to everyone, and especially the lightworkers, it should mean we are going to help each other climb the ladder. Not prevent them from climbing (and it should mean that no matter what, age of aquarius or not...). So I feel you. So, so much. Compassion for ourself is a hard one. I am so happy you brought it up. I have no idea how to achieve that, but I could feel it in my bones when you were saying that you cannot be truly compassionate towards others if you aren't towards you. And it is so, so omportant to hold that vibration...

you can start very simply by moving your awareness into your elbows or knees. how do they feel? is there a heightened feeling there? give your whole body a shake and feel into the joints again. When you have choices to make pay attention to the sensations in your joints and just play with it. this is a good starting point
