Only 100 Calories In A Bowl For a Weight Loss || Vegetable soup For Weight Loss || Kitchen Delicious
Vegetable soup can be an excellent choice for weight loss due to its low calorie content and high fiber, which helps keep you full longer. Here’s a simple recipe for a healthy, low-calorie vegetable soup:
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1tbsp ginger, minced
1/2 cup carrots, sliced
1/2 cup sweet corn
1/2 cup capsicum chopped
3 tbsp Ragi flour
Water 2 cups
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the ginger and garlic and saute
2. Add the onion, carrots, sweet corn, capsicum. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add salt, and pepper.
4. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
5. Add the 2 glass of water.
6.in a bowl add ragi flour and water and make a smooth paste.
7.add ragi mixture into the soup. And cook until thikend.
8. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve.
This soup is not only low in calories but also packed with nutrients, making it a great option for those looking to lose weight while staying satisfied. You can also vary the vegetables based on what you prefer or have on hand!
