Certified Wrench Podcast
Приєднався 31 січ 2022
I am a heavy equipment field service technician for a private construction company in North Texas, I have always been a big fan of podcasts but never found any around my line of work. I decided to start this podcast as a way to vent and hangout and talk with buddies and other folks in the field service tech world.

Great video. "There is no time like windshield time" paid to ride. I so wish that we had Go Pros when I was a heave Junk Mechanic in the ARMY.
That air filter blower/ cleaner wand at 26:20. Old model has metal tips that are very small outlet and it works pretty good.
Thanks for the laughs boys.(Wiechersmm)
I feel like Ricky Bobby. "I'm not sure what to do with my hands."
It’s ok though because at least the mic is in front of your face! 😤😤😂
Not bad $50-60 dollars a hour to replace some hoses and batteries question the hoses you replace are they Parker hoses I used to work for Parker they make pretty good hydraulic hoses
Good assumption on hourly pay
That smoke butt crushed up on the floor of the cab makes me cringe you just know that bitch smells like a fucking ashtray lol
Ball RESOLVERS not revolvers
Man we are SORRY, we will take our lives in the most disgusting matter now.
@@certifiedwrenchpodcast 🤪👍
Don't just stand there, tighten that oil filter up.
I bet you’re a Californian that worries about oil getting on the ground even though that’s where it came from.
@@certifiedwrenchpodcast No, I am a retired mechanic who hates to see material being wasted and California can go f@ck itself.
Dam farry musta got in there!!!
It'll be ok. Just put fresh oil in

😂👌😜
For the 1/4" socket tray that broke....I drilled a hole thru bottom and epoxy'ed a nail or (ground down)screw thru from the bottom. You can grind down diameter if it's too big to make fit the smaller ones. Works well & more solid than the plastic spikes, too. Just doesn't have size marker on top - too small to see anyways. 😅 Cool truck, nice set up. 👌🏻👍🏻🛠️🔧🔩📏⛓️🦺
22:14 Stanley (SBD) makes those anti-vibe hammers. Mac is under the big umbrella of the SBD Companies.==Stanley, black & decker, DeWalt, Irwin, proto, Mac, craftsman, etc, etc
Not too worried about it
Hi! May I ask a question? Is there any chance that you`re looking for a video editor to create valuable content and make your UA-cam Shorts, Instagram, and Tiktok more ENGAGING?
No

I’m a field tech for CAT in Indiana and I enjoy watching other people’s video and seeing the setups that work for them, we’re definitely all different ha
Hey man question, currently working for a caterpillar dealer in their shop makin mid 30's but only work 40hours a week no overtime allowed, I've got a wife and 3 kiddos here recently they've gotten super strict with all their rules and shit and all they do is bitch about anything and everytjing even if work is getting done, I've got an opportunity to work for a contractor group on mining equipment making around 4x's much more momey than I'm making currently but it's a 2 weeks on 1 week off work lifestyle just curious if you've ever done anything similiar and whst you'd recommend?
There was 6 and a half linemen that ran out wtf😅
Makes absolutely no sense
Get out human windshields

Bro sounds like SpongeBob
Would be sick if I sounded like this all the time.
Gotta love the 336ecats lol 😂
Tea cakes have Marshmallow, not Merangue!
Cool story bro
Sad to see Texas blowing up like it is!
Keeps me busy
Those DEF quality sensors go bad in the new John Deere Sprayers too. You can get the sensors separate from the entire header assembly now too.
Need a cheater for the 1/4 cut ratchet and you’d have a nice pocket rocket!
34 you still wet behind the ears and shittin yellow
Glad to finally find these kind of videos! I’m a new diesel mechanic workin on semis right now but wanting to make my way in to working on equipment and be a field tech one day is the dream don’t ask me why just something I’ve always wanted to do lol. Good videos thou man 🤙
Thanks man, I wish I could do more of these types of videos but I’ve been way too busy.
Any tips on getting somewhere to hire you and give you a chance to learn to work on equipment? I’ve been wanting to do it for years just nowhere around me in southeast Ohio and part of WV will hire me and give me a chance.
When it’s running it sounds like the song Pachuco
Sounds great!
Same thing when I was working on deere equipped buses, the long blocks were cheaper than a overhaul kit.
Cream pie 🥧

Why would anyone that rides choose a Roadglide over a Streetglide. RG fairing don't work. Guess maybe because that's what the 1% clubs ride these days. I have owned both and prefer the SG.
Cool story bro
I like harley stuff. I just got my sportster out and started getting it ready for the summer.
Definitely want to see the progress. I really want to paint my street glide because it’s factory black.
10-4 big dawg

I was really hoping someone would get mad about this video 🤣
@@certifiedwrenchpodcast lol I thought it was pretty funny lol
You should film more content in the field bro no tools but diag and repairs
Too tough my guy, I’m a busy man and it’s too much of a hassle for me to set up and stuff but I try whenever I can.
With a go pro
Fry’s made the first commercially made chocolate bar in the world.
I hope you tagged @sweat and grime 😂
Bro I've been binging this all day just started listening
Share it up pimp!
Love the truck, jealous of the drawers and the big cabinets. I work of a SRW F350 with an 8’ service body. Storage is always a challenge. Been loving the podcast too, my buddy TJ woodland turned me onto it.
Got yourself a 3rd gen dodge there?
No. Obs 7.3 at my own house
T-shirt and shorts aren’t proper attire there Pops. Road rash is real.
Then don’t ride in shorts and a t-shirt
