I have an issue with my left ear bud. When I take it off, for some reason the light is red. Its not blinking. But its literally red like its charging but it isnt. I dont know how to turn it off or fix it. Can you help me please

My left earbud heylou gt1 keeps blinking in the case and when i take it out it's stop but won't turn on or off but when i put it back it's back to blinking i try to put in charge for 24 hours nothing happened and couldn't do the factory reset bc it wont turn on what should i do i tried everything it won't even factory reset bc it won't turn on?

Left earbud not working. I followed the video but still.and left earbud is getting heated while charging

dang man! Mine was suddenly connected to two different devices, a right PC and a left phone, and somehow after re-reset, and it became a left PC and right phone. And it keeps the loop, lol! How to fix : - Do not remove the Bluetooth devices before the earbuds are both in the case (and don't close the lid) - After both in the case, remove both Bluetooth devices (phone and PC) - Close the lid and leave it for a while - Turn off the phone's Bluetooth and leave the PC on - Open the lid, and take both earbuds, tap both 5 times (if not working, try to hold both for 15 seconds and back to step 3) - Here is the crucial time, if they both didn't sync together, then it failed... (you've to restart from step 3) - If both were now synced, now Add Bluetooth device to your PC - If you saw 2 Haylou Moripods, leave it a while, close the dialog - Add Bluetooth again, until you see only 1 of them. - Try to connect. - Done!

I have them for a lot of months with not problems, but today whenever I put the left earbud on the box it flashes red light for a few times, then stops emitting any light and the box starts flashing blue light non stop, same with the other ear bud. Does anyone know why is that and how to fix it (if it's possible)?

Для сброса сначала подключите их к телефону , потом 5 нажатий. Не сразу понял что наушники должны быть подключены чтоб сделать сброс.
