Can Calibre be used on a Chromebook? I don't have a Windows or a Mac computer to use...

I’ve heard that Amazon may snatch back books that you’ve already purchased if they decide not to sell them anymore. I want to keep all my books. (I don’t have a Kobo). So then, I would just follow the majority of your steps up until the transfer to kobo part)? Or does the way you are downloading to the computer change the book to a different format for exclusively for Kobos?

@bmassabrook I have a question. I transfered many of my books with calibre and DRM plugin to my Kobo Libra Colour ereader. Now the Kindle I am going to trade-in is my Kindle 11th generation signature paperwhite for a new Kindle 12th generation signature . This s the one I have been using to tranfer tall my Kindle bought books to my Kobo Libra Colour. Now its been awhile since I download calibre and the DRM plugin I assume I need to do this again but since I have downloaded calibre and my the DRM plug in . I assume I just need to remove the serial number in but I aam not sure. Its been awhile could you tell me how this process goes? I assume all I need to do is remove the serial number and but the 12 generation Kindle Paperwhite in? I could be totally wrong. I only uploaded about 100 books as I have over three thousand books I have bought which would take forever, so I just uploaded my favorites like Sarah Janet Maas Acotar books etc. I am hoping you see this message. Probably if you did a tutorial a video on how to delete your old serial number and put the new one in would be most appreciated and helpful. Especially with so many people who are not a techies and are trading-in their old ereaders and buying new Kindle ereaders. I really hope you see message and can help me and others in this situation. I just ordered my Kobo libra colour. Once you've formatted in calibre (I know they have to be done individually) once all books are done can you transfer all of them at the same time or is that also individual? I have about 1000 or so books it'd be a pain on top to drag across one at a time on top of having to convert one at a time..

But if you strip the DRM is that illegal? I don’t want to get my account banned or arrested or sued.

But is it legal to remove the DRM? I don’t want to get into trouble for it.

Hello I hope you can help me, after install copy the mode in the game like you my game go out of the library in the game mode, I need to search in the store again and play it after put in the favorites so I can view it in the library but no look it as install, I did something wrong?

Just curious can you download games and mods onto an SSD using a pc then just plug and play on the steam deck?
