I am an American born citizen who is sponsoring my wife in Ghana, Africa. We have been married for over fifteen months now and we are suffering badly from this wait. Ghana is a very bad place for her. She has almost died three times from her sickle cell medical condition and has almost been raped a few times by the men there. I am now experiencing financial hardship due to the many situations I have had to deal with to keep my wife alive there. I have submitted several expedite requests and all have been denied. We have no idea when she will be allowed to have her interview and medical exam. Please, if there is any attorney who is reading this, or anyone who can help us can you please contact me?

Hi what if I’m sponsoring 2 people at the same time? I know I would have to fill up another I-134 form. But Should I check “YES” under ‘financial responsibility for other beneficiaries’. I am confused because it asks if I have previously submitted I-134 for another person. I submitted this form to NVC and it was rejected, they said I didn’t submit ALL pages. I downloaded 10 pages front and back because that’s what the application is. I’m confused, did I download the wrong application? Should it be more than 10 pages? Help anyone?

My father us green cart holder . He petition i 130 for my mom me and my younger brother F2A visa. petition was approved in uscis. Now all the case in NVC. Nvc sent 3 case number . and my father pay all fees in my mother case number and add me and my brother for a derivative child (accompany) and ds 260 and civil document accepted by nvc for a derivative child. But nvc sent post mail me and my brother in other case number to pay all fees and iv application . we are pay all fees and submit ds 260 in my mother case number and nvc accepted . we are go to usa with my mom. so my father said that me and my brother case number will be close . Because we want to go with mom as a derivative. If we close the two case will there be any problem for our two brothers to go with mom. plz help .
