It's a shame her character was not given more depth. There are the inklings of complexity there, and the potential for character growth, but she is dead set on being an evil bitch in the end, regardless of what kind of run you are on, or what your approval score is by Act 3.

Knowing that her mind is full of holes, its really sad that she keeps repeating the thing about new memories. Does she repeat herself because she is obsessed with the idea of new memories?
