The mod is just a reskin of Z Early Piccolo and Kami Fused Piccolo and then orange is just Nail. DLC is much better but some of the rushes and abilities feel so underwhelming and boring

Ok yea I'm gonna say this I don't like using the price complaints of the community as a way to get more views and expand your subscribers count. I don't know if that was actually your intent, but I do believe it. Also I don't want to be the one misjudging the mods since I'm not a modder myself and won't ever know how hard would it be to accomplish that amount of work, but I could say that if your product is somewhat incomplete and not as good as the official release what could Bandai and Chunsoft think of this? I guess that they could have the right to see their work misjudged when what they did is the introduction of a liked character under a price tag while modders take inspiration and publish the full mod or just some public showcases for free So in the end: it is ok to take inspiration, but please give it some time to age and to original developers to see the official releases supported. I too use to play romhacks and roms from the internet for old Pokémon games, but the key word is "old" here, please understand my opinion and share with me yours

A skin over the original character is not the same as a character built from the ground up for the game, which would be the DLC
