Yeah, I wish I took more footage of everything we ordered, but I was with a large group and didn't want be more obnoxious than I already am snapping up photos. Definitely worth a visit. Better and more value than most buffets IMHO.

Sad, but not Charlie Brown Christmas Tree sad (pre-Snoopy/Woodstock upgrade).

If the middle section lights are out, I'm not really sure what you could do since it seems like it might be a wiring issue. The tree does include a few replacement bulbs and the only thing I could think of is to look if there are any obviously blown/burnt bulbs and try replacing them.

I agree, that putting some silicone grease on the o-ring is usually a good idea to extend its life. I don't remember if the directions said to do that or not. Awesome that you tackled the repair on your own. Thanks for the feedback!

That's awesome! Glad the video helped and you didn't need to call a technician. My own personal bad experiences with repairmen are that they are usually salesmen first. More often than not they also only know how to replace the entire system and not really how to repair anything.

The individual cups aren't sealed but packaged with a cap that snaps. All the cups are sealed in the plastic container.

Unfortunately I don't. I don't think the headrest is supposed to be removed. You might be able to do it but it could damage the chair.

If they stopped working completely then they might be done. You could try cleaning them out and they might come back to life or replacing the fans, but it might not be worth the trouble. Hopefully they at least lasted a year.

I think it might be the Marantec could be over driving the door in the up (open position) meaning that it's pulling the door open all the way then continuing so that the trolley bottoms out or contacts the Marantec Operator Housing. It could be the door open position needs to be reprogrammed. Here is a link to the manual if you need it. If the remote isn't working the only thing I can think of is to replace the button battery (CR2025) in the remote. The instructions don't really provide any details on how to sync the remote to the light and should already work right out of the box. If this doesn't work then it could be the light or the remote is faulty in which case you might consider returning it.

The seat is holding up great. We're still using it and will likely keep using it until all our kids are big enough not to need it anymore.

The baskets are good, but the wall hooks rust quickly.
