So... I have a 2003 TJ and i bought the same doors you have after watching your walk around video from a couple years ago maybe? Anyway, My upper window frames do not match up with the holes on the door. What year Jeep upper window frames will fit those doors, do you know? I can't even find an install video for those doors anywhere on youtube.

I'm on my 3rd header in my TJ. The last one was a Banks and they sent me a replacement no questions asked. It's a miserable job changing those out. I think it's the wash boards that got yours.

Ever think of doing a TJ overland cookbook ?..

Love the build. I think I would still use the half doors and uppers vice leaving the front open like yours. I would definitely get the heater core fixed. Also looking at building an LJ as well. I read an article in JP magazine where they installed 35s without a lift. Might look at that or a 2"/2.5" lift to keep a low center of gravity.
