    A true example of Aggressive communication by federal intelligence. In 1980 a filipino navy recruiter had a child with a black woman. They were stationed on Clark Airforce Base Philippines '80s. During this time each parent was provided with an inner ear communicator to receive very specific instructions that would be influential in their child's development. The navy recruiter would visit strange home#1 where the child was teased and taunted by the adults who was curious if the 6-7 year old liked girls or boys. This child ran out the home..... The navy recruiter received further inner ear remote communication from U.S Government Intelligence and visited strange home#2 the same child was placed alone with a man who exposed his penis. The agency was suspicious of the verbal exchange the child had with the stranger that raised concern that the child may have an incestuous attraction towards the father. Intelligence communicated back to the U.S and planned a marital affair for the navy recruiter. The wife would visit neighboring military families whose surroundings were prepared to either influence or traumatize the child. Preparing to return to the U.S the wife was seeking attention from her husband and federal intelligence secretly remotely communicated to the navy recruiter to repeat following narrative: " Thats my kid, that your child" The couple returned to the U.S and federal intelligence continued to guide the navy recruiter through his inner ear communicator. The navy recruiter parked in front of the FEED STORE with the wife and child. Federal Intelligence and the navy recruiter began to degrade the mother and child as "animals". The navy recruiter was under remote communication to have the child observe the inside of the navy office. Later, the mother and child went to visit new friends as federal intelligence arranged the marital affair. When the marital affair was happening the agency immediately instructed the wife to drive a route in which she caught the affair. Not knowing that the agency who instructed her to drive back home was also the individuals who arranged her husbands affair. The couple divorced and the child was targeted and put through scenarios and situations to defile the Childs development and adolescence. The navy recruiter's family would participate to support the analyst , intelligence whose intention was to criminalize and the defile the child. The navy recruiter's family placed a large picture viewable at the front door. When the child would visit and see the a picture LOOK Y0UR FATHER HAS A NEW WHITE FAMILY" this was the first of many influential scenarios to purposely intimidate and degrade the child through adolescence and teens. The agency and intelligence also evaluated the child's public interactions before the internet was established. The use of adult material was also used to observe the adolescence sexual attractions. The teen was also observed in an affluent predominately all white christian environment who the agency, federal intelligence also involved the students & faculty to participate in the Intelligence agency's influential practices. The agency considered the teen a predatorial and potential threat and observed the interactions of the now black crossdresser within the lgbt community. This environment allowed federal intelligence to analyze eavesdrop on personal conversations and intimate details to be documented and used for a 2nd homicidal project. Due to speculation and offensive comments federal intelligence also considered the black crossdresser a racist towards the latin community. Certain love interests were used to patronize the black crossdresser and gather personal information from those encounters. Hackers and federal intelligence graphic designers would begin to prepare for their 2nd homicidal project. The agency located a former white supremacist whose lover was hispanic. The agency and hackers would fit the former inmate suspect as a pretend love interest to capture useful information to be applied in the 2nd homicidal project. Federal intelligence remotely provided the former inmate a backstory and remote inner ear narratives. The black crossdresser would flirt and call the informant as federal intelligence prepared to degrade humiliate and intimidate the black crossdresser. The Informant introduced meth to the black crossdresser and hacked adult material as useful information to be applied in the 2nd homicidal project. The former white supremacist would receive inner ear instructions to stare at the black crossdresser and also lay on his stomach and part his buttocks to expose his dilated rectum. Hackers FBI federal intelligence remotely instructed the former white supremacist to part his buttocks to show that the guy was being sodomized, penetrated regularly by his boyfriend. Federal intelligence instructed the former white supremacist to place his buttocks on the face of the black crossdresser as he slept. The former white supremacist rejects the black crossdresser and leaves with the black crossdressers friend. The former white supremacist took a cellphone picture of himself having sex with his boyfriend and the crossdresser's friend. In 2019, federal intelligence U.S Government intelligence begin their 2nd homicidal operation project which involves isolating the black crossdresser and inflicting paranoia and baiting luring the black crossdresser in scenarios which would later mentally emotionally trigger the black crossdresser during the Co-vid pandemic. Federal intelligence who arranged the marital affair for the black crossdressers father also planned the traumatic project that inflicts paranoia and abusive psychological practices to influence self harm and cause destructive behavior through the use of massive amounts of remote communication and hacking. This project involves graphic designers and app developers who uses the online platforms to embed content and refer to the victim as a n*gg*r.

    Hello Dr. Urlacher, I am a current graduate student at Arizona State University and currently taking a class on research and evaluation in education. We have been tasked to reach out to different researchers and ask their opinions on the difference between research and evaluation. As an educator, I feel I am pretty familiar with education but maybe not research as much as I should be. If I may pick your brain as a researcher, what would you highlight as the largest or main differences between research and evaluation? Or do you think they are more similar than different? Thank you.

    • @BrianUrlacherPoliSci
      @BrianUrlacherPoliSci 2 місяці тому

      Hmm. So my take on this would be that the methods for research and for evaluation are largely the same, but there are at least two important differences both with the goal and with what that means for how those methods get applied. At the surface level, research is done to contribute to general knowledge -- it is targeted at a research community, it is seeking to persuade people in that community to think about the world differently. So there is much more focus on the role of theory (hypothesis testing), the description and classification of new phenomena, and in generalizability of results to other situations. Evaluation is more focused on collecting data on a particular situation, policy, group, individual and has an internal audience that is concerned with that particular situation. Theory still matters, but we are not trying to change how people think about theory but rather using theory to think about our results and to inform the evaluation process. Generalizability may matter. There are pilot studies where we are evaluating to see if we want to invest the resources to replicate a program in other situations, but often the question of "will this work elsewhere" is less important than "is this working here." This gets into the other element of how research and evaluation are different. In research the only people who really care what the results are, are the researcher and the research community. The subjects are likely to be indifferent (excluding experimental cancer research or something similar). But in evaluation their are stakeholders who are both deeply vested in the outcome of the evaluation and occupy key positions within a "research design" They may control access, or have an incentive to cooperate or not cooperate with the evaluation, they may look for ways to act strategically. So in evaluation there is going to be a lot more time spent thinking about stakeholder management than would typically be needed in research. I'd be happy to chat more on this, but these are the main points in how I think about the difference between the two.

What is happening in Europe right now, especially England? What do you think will happen in the future in Europe - in the next 50 years? The use of covert intelligence gathering was used in attempted homicide back in 1980's on clark Airforce Base Philippines. The use of gathering information was used inappropriately to inflict harm on a child and later influenced the child's parents in divorcing. Intelligence today uses hidden surveillance to conduct abusive psychological approaches to cover the years of inflicting paranoia and giving others with inner ear communicators instructions to manipulate and confuse their victims. U S Intelligence uses the same tactic applied in 1980s today. Guess N-word Guess Operation A public form of charades after attempting murder through federal resources.

      I'll try to come up with something presentable. When I teach this I use the USS Iowa case in Jones' The Thinker's Tool kit (which is where I pull the baker case). The USS Iowa case is way more complex but has a "right" answer. I also teach this with a bunch of fabricated data on Iran's Nuclear program mixed in with some declassified reports. The rub is that their is no known "right" answer and the data itself is utterly useless at arriving at an answer. Honestly I think this is the most important kind of training, but it is really hard to present to folks...its kind of something you just need to muddle through. But, yes, I need to generate a couple more of these as there seems to be a lot of interest.

    I thought Urlacher was like a D back for the Bears ... back in the 90s maybe. Man, you really hit hard. I had no idea that the CIA drafted you. <= this is like one of those uncorroborated fact thingys that you were discussing. (It is based solely on unsubstantiated assumptions on my part and should NOT be actionable by any government agency whatsoever). However, the odds that two people could have the same first and last names, with the latter being Urlacher, is like astronomical. Maybe like .0001 %. So my suggestion is to determine if you've ever frequented Chicago in the past and, in particular, around Soldier Field. Depending on how important this information really is to the Agency and national security, if at all. ... Or do you guys use football player's names as cover names? If so, if I were to get a job there, can I be Thomas Brady?

      If we just looked at the quantitative work on intervention and conflict duration (this was my dissertation), I would expect the conflict to be significantly longer in duration than the average conflict. I think that is correct, but it isn't very specific. If I tried to approach the question of timing with bargaining theory, negotiation starts when there is a burst of new information that clarifies the likely outcome for conflict participants. Right now, I think both sides are waiting for the US election in November. I would not expect to see anything before that (which means another brutal summer). If Ukraine gains some ground or if Russia faces internal turmoil and Biden wins re-election, I think there is a chance of serious talks in December about Russian withdrawal. Without that set of events, I suspect we are looking at a much longer timeline. This is a pretty rough attempt to provide some guidance on time. Another way to approach it would be to recognize that this is a war of attrition and to project trends. I don’t have a good sense of the burn rate of equipment and soldiers both sides are experiencing. Now that the US has passed the aid bill, I suspect both have the resources to fight for another 18 months if they wanted to, but that is speculation without having done the real work.

    For the slide "A Change in Terrorism" would it be more accurate to label both columns as "Old Terrorists, New Terrorists" vs "Old Terrorism, New Terrorism". Some of the points brought up seem more related to an entity that has adoptted and is using terrorism instead of the ideology or act itself. For example I woudl say that "Hierarchial and Netowrks" is a better used to describe a group/entity rather than a concept/ideology. Love the videos, thank you for them.

    • @BrianUrlacherPoliSci
      @BrianUrlacherPoliSci 9 місяців тому

      I agree that putting the focus on groups rather than the tactic makes more sense and is probably the only way to salvage this distinction. If this was my framing I would probably make that edit. Your proposal is cleaner and allows for grater precision. Unfortunately for my slides “new terrorism” and “old terrorism” is the language that comes out of an academic and foreign policy debate and so I’m kind of suck with using someone else’s language. But the suggestion is still sound!

    "I'm going to take Trump at his word." - That's your mistake, prioritizing words over actions. Actions matter more than words. Trump has proven that in reality, in his actions, he's a better friend for Ukraine than Biden or Obama have been. Trump cancelled Nordstream 2; Biden tried to resurrect it when he came into office. Obama cancelled deals to sell missiles to Poland; Trump resurrected that deal. While President, Trump lambasting NATO countries for not living up to their commitments to spend a minimum % of GDP on their militaries caused NATO countries to increase military spending.

    I enjoy listening to your opinion. My top three favorite videos are Guevara on Guerrilla, Key Factors in International Politics, and Radicalization, Profiles, Risk Factors, and Social Dynamics. While taking IRLS210 I read about former Ukraine President Leonid Kuchma and his success during the first year implementing monetary, trade, and fiscal reforms with help from the IMF, EU, USAID, and Philanthropist Mr. Soros. The top scenario in the example slide is very interesting, if that became Russia’s goal and if Ukraine were to lose all its territory, how likely is it for Ukraine’s military to consider the idea of obtaining and using a WMD on Russia? Ukraine’s conflict is sad and very complicated to predict. At the beginning, it looked as simple as calling heads or tails in a flipping coin contest; however, the coin is standing and spinning instead of landing on either side. How Ukraine Became a Market Economy and Democracy by Anders Åslund - Chapter Three

    • @BrianUrlacherPoliSci
      @BrianUrlacherPoliSci 9 місяців тому

      First off, thank you for the kind words. I'm glad folks find these useful or at the very least interesting. Ukraine pursuing WMD is an interesting question. It would clearly be a violation of the NPT but the NPT allows states to withdraw if needed to secure their national defense. Having had a powerful, nuclear armed neighbor strip territory from you twice in 10 years would probably qualify. Also, Ukraine has a nuclear industry that would give it a leg up in developing a bomb. I don't think this would be Ukraine's first preference....but if the conflict ends without EU, NATO security guarantees (probably including a tripwire force stationed on Ukraine's eastern border), there would be a strong incentive for Ukraine to develop an effective deterrent. I suspect that the US and the EU would strongly discourage this not because Ukraine wouldn't be justified in seeking WMD, but because of the destabilizing effect such weapons might have. The balance would strongly favor Russia in a nuclear exchange and Ukraine having a small arsenal would be an invitation for a preemptive nuclear strike by Russia...ugg...the whole thing is really messy.

I’m taking a class in Introduction of Intelligence Studies, and I wasn’t quite sure on how to use the ACH matrix with the key assumptions check. Now I see why it’s is a very powerful tool in combination with all source intelligence. It helps you filter out the unnecessary data collected, and enhances your critical thinking when tradecrafting your way to your evidence. At the end of ACH matrix it gives you an unbiased analysis with a real percentage number that helps a policy-maker or client take advantage of action. So far, that’s what I’m understanding. I’ll be using the ACH matrix now in my OSINT journey.
