CORRUPTION 101. The race cannot be restarted until the Clark of the course deems the track to be clear and then the restart procedure is completed. The Clark of the course declared the track to be cleared as the leader was finishing lap 57 going into lap 58 of the 59 lap race. At this point Michael Masi HAS to follow the restart procedure which is laid out by the FIA. This is to leave the lapped cars in place or allow ALL lapped cars to overtake the leader and re-join the back of the group. Masi in his wisdom only allowed the 5 cars between LH and MV to un-lap themselves. This is the first rule he broke. He then never allowed these 5 cars to catch back up to the pack. That is the second rule he broke. Once the un-lapped cars have joined the rear of the pack, the safety car must complete one extra lap before the race can restart. This is the third rule he broke. This wasn’t just one simple mistake, this was a clear breach of the rules of the sport to ensure only one driver, from one team, had a chance to drive for the victory. Hence why Masi was sacked and why it was clear corruption.

I think this shows people don't care about F1 being sport and things being fair they want show. It was boring hamilton was winning all years and he would win that year if rules were followed. Now max has dominated almost as long and people are getting bored and FIA is starting to penalize from his driving because now they want him to lose. Sad to see if you are sport fan.
