Hello, it's been a while since i did this song. But basically, you can follow my finger on the A string to figure it out. It starts on the 8th fret, and you get the octave at the 10th fret on the G string. So basically, at the beginning, on the A string you have 8th fret (F x8 F x8) then 6th fret (Eb x8) then 10th fret (G x8). You do this twice and then i sustain on the 10th fret on the G string. The chorus is a bit different, but again, its the same idea. Just follow the fret on the A string and get the octave on the G string. The only variations are when i sustain the 2nd time and i play a few notes on the 8th fret of the G string. And there's one spot where i rise with the bass but it only works because of what im doing with the other guitar as well, so your mileage might vary. Hope it helps
