Solo of The Selkirk High Traverse (Beehive 5)
August 14, 2024 I went to re climb one of the greatest solo adventures I've ever done, The Selkirk High Traverse. I brought a drone that my dad lended me to try and share the adventure and the beauty. Some of the drone flying might make you nauseas so hold on for the ride.
Great day in the home mountains.

Mount Shasta Splitboard Mountaineering - Solo Ascent of Avalanche Gulch and Descent of the West Face
Переглядів 512 місяці тому
June 12, 2024, marks a great day on the great mountain. I climbed Avalanche Gulch left of the heart and up the chute. Awesome way to get on top of those red banks. I summited in my personal record time of 4 hours 40 minutes. I then got to accomplish my overdue goal of snowboarding the West Face. I got a chopped-up ride for my procrastination. Super Grateful for this great mountain and all of th...
Overnight Ski Missions on Shastina
Переглядів 1303 місяці тому
On May 15, 2024, Daniel Ross, Mike Parri and I cruised up to give Shastina some well-deserved attention. A perfect mission with a nice shiver bivy to remind us why we like warm beds and the sun. Incredible views of a side of Mount Shasta that I hadn't seen yet and some time on the biggest glacier in California, the Whitney. I am grateful for this magical trip, place, and dudes.

3 Day Canoe Trip - Upper Missouri River Breaks National Monument
Переглядів 99Рік тому
A rough cut clip of a 3 day river trip to the Upper Missouri River Breaks in Montana. I didn't film a whole lot because I was busy enjoying the silence and company of some of my best friends. For 3 days we didn't see a single person and were deeply engulfed in the beauty of the strange white sandstone formations without human influence. On the third day we took advantage of the tail wind. We ti...

February 12, 2023 Ethan Thompson and I headed up to Tiger Peak in North Idaho on a last minute day trip. Blue skies and stable avy conditions we got to open it up on the East face. Lovin when the mountain gives you the green light. Featuring original music, poems and adventure. Such a great time going out with Ethan. The dude has such a vision of capturing the beauty of the mountains as it is h...
Solo Overnight Backcountry Snowboarding in North Idaho

December 7, 2022 I went and slept out in the Coeur d'Alene Mountains and am stoked to get to snowboard again. Although avalanche conditions were considerable, I still got some great turns on low angle slopes. Awesome snow and a great night with the moon and stars. Original music I wrote, performed and recorded.
Fall Climb on Lion's Head
Переглядів 219Рік тому
Early October 2022 Sean and I climbed Lion's Head in the Selkirk Mountains. It seems like all of the casual adventures in the Selkirks turn into rappelling at sunset and walking 4 miles in the dark. Really there's no better time to rappel or walk back. Grateful for this adventure and a big thanks to Sean for the adventureful climb and great company.

Fun video. Cool poetry.
Very Awesome!! 🙂 Looks like you had some good fun. 🏔⛺ Stay safe n' Keep on Rockin' out there! 🤙✌
You keep rockin to my friend!
Wow... it is amazing.. I wanted to try sth like you did in the video. but don't know where to start. isn't it cold when sleeping in the mountain..? and how do you make sure your campsite is safe from avalanche or sth during the night.?
Thanks a bunch! It definitely gets cold. I use a 0 degree down bag and a sleeping pad. I rarely get cold but another trick is to boil water and put it in a water bottle in your sleeping bag with you. To go out in winter I would study up about avalanches and maybe take an avalanche course. I was safe because I wasn’t sleeping on or below avalanche terrain. I also was snowboarding on terrain below 30 degree slope angle so it isn’t likely to slide. Thanks for watching!
This is as good as it gets. Awesome!
I appreciate that!
You should grab a mouth piece mount for your go pro. Your downhill footage will look a lot better. I like the video. Keep it going!
Thanks for the tip. Ill check it out! that seems super uncomfortable haha
