Marketing Cloud SSO with Azure AD
Переглядів 11 тис.4 роки тому
Quick Demo how to integrate Azure Active Directory with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). Helpful notes: - You may need to open a case with SF to enable SSO on Marketing Cloud - User Provisioning from Azure is not supported OOTB - Users can either be SSO or Username/Password, not both - Make sure you have at least one user without SSO enabled in case of lockout - Unlike Salesforce Core, there ...
Thanks Doug this is very informative we need more champ
Thanks for the video
Dude, you are a legend! I struggled for a day trying to setup SSO with MC and then came across your video, and sorted it out very quickly thereafter.
Thanks for setting this up, helped us a great deal!
This was great - when the certificate expires - which steps are the ones i need to update/repeat in Azure/Marketing cloud? Thank you! :)
Great video, thanks
Hey Doug, very helpful video, thank you very much! On minute 12:13 you showed that after logging out, MC redirects you to the non-SSO login interface. I did not really understand if you have resolved that issue and re-configured successfully the logout redirct. If so, I would be very happy if you share your approach 😊
I just spent a chunk of time implementing this for a client. Then they reversed their decision as they believe Azure SSO isn’t secure because they aren’t prompted often enough for credentials.
Hy Doug! i didn't understand this: Make sure you have at least one user without SSO enabled in case of lockout... but in the video you said that if you enable SSO you can't use the traditional Login. Or we have to enable SSO per user? Thaks a lot for the video!
Indeed you enable per user:) when you put the federation ID it will enforce it
Thank you a lot! It´s really helpful!
You're a hero for recording this, thank you so much!
hi sir i dont have SSO SAML Metadata in my marketing cloud.. is there any solution? thankyou
Open a ticket with Salesforce to get it enabled!
@@DouglasMidgley thanks
Excellent, this came very handy in our SFMC setup.
Really helpful with a nice explanation.
This helped a lot to understand the implementation in detail. Thank you so much, looking forward to more videos!
This really helped me, thanks so much!
