SmartVent

SmartPipe is a custom -engineered drainage system for crawlspaces. SmartPipe’s custom design has holes in the top and front under a filter fabric. There is a special flange with spacer on the back, and large holes to accept water from the crawlspace walls and the footing/wall joint.

FloodRing The unique semi-circle shape allows the FloodRing™ system to be installed without disturbing the water heater or well tank. Two sections are joined with screws through the pre-molded flanges. The system is adhered to the floor, creating a watertight seal. Use the polyurethane FlexiCaulk when the floor is dry and the original epoxy if the floor is wet.

BrightWall panels are a semi-rigid waterproof panel made of Polystyrene that are mechanically fastened to a masonry wall. BrightWall panels will never rot, warp or discolor. Any water passing through the wall from wall cracks or other penetrations will run behind the panel down to the waterproofing system below.
