Just made it today following the video recipe, came out great! Baked in a loaf pan for 50 minutes, moist and a nice crunchy top Thank for the recipe! :)
Add one or two spoons of Nutella to the cocoa batter. Thank me later ;)

Hii. My nutella did not harden even after 16 mins in oven. Do they harden as they cool down? And i hv some sort of bubbling thats happening on the nutella itself.
Hi there, apologies for the late reply! You may need more time depending on how big of a batch you're making and the oven you're using. from here, it's likely that the batch needs more time and you can try adding 2 - 3 mins to test. For bubbling, did it disappear after it has cooled down? Usually it does, but if not could be air that is trapped. Let me know and we can find an answer 🙂

Why does my dough crack alot? I follow your recipe...but not sure why does it crack alot. Yours look so smooth.
Likely the oven too hot or the batter hasn't mixed well enough!

Can i know what piping mold u use?
Hmm i am unsure of the number because I got mine as part of a kit, but its an open star piping tip if it helps!
How long can it be kept?
At least 2 weeks but i have kept it up to 3 weeks before!

Your video recipe is it double in your recipe? Eg 115g butter in recipe but video is 230g butter ?

Is it normal tht my dough is always soft lol
Try refrigerating it for 10 - 15 minutes if it's too soft to work with :-)!
