I haven’t heard this song in years since I was a kid, I had forgotten about this version until I recently heard the original in a movie. I’m so glad I found it again. I still remembered the words too! ❤
OMG!!!!!!!!. I was in my teens and my teenage heartbreak over a short lived fling . We broke up and this song was playing . All I remember was the hook at the end as it repeated over and over. Back then the radio stations was notorious for not naming the songs they just played. I never knew who sang it nor the name of it. All I knew was "Stop Hurting Me" . As I reflect , I cant remember the girls name.. Ive played this song over 6 times already just trying to remember. Its funny how I can remember as early as 2 years old and I cant remember my teens. Does anyone know the year this was produced? That would narrow my search. Nevermind, a previous post listed 83...... I was 13. I remember her now. I saw her later in life. we maintained friends until I left. 13 ttimes later and im still listening to this song until I learn it.Thanks for the memories. 2 AM now. 8 more hours to go til quitting time.

I was just introduced to hearing this version of "Every little bit hurts" and within seconds of hearing this song I like it...... This is a good one here..... February 28th, 2021......
WOW!! I spent the better part of 20 years trying to locate this beautiful song. This was the ultimate slow dance song in New Orleans. Mr. Hall engulfs and captures listeners with his fire rendition of this song. His feelings are felt across the vinyl without digital processing. The warmth, and perfectly timed inflection in his voice compliments the songs musical arrangement. His vocal register is spot on throughout the song. Love it. Timeless and ageless is this gem 💎 of a song.
I have been searching and searching for this timeless treasure for years… And i finally found it…. Couldn’t remember who it was by…. Ellis Hall put his all into this song…. I was teenager when this came out beautiful song!!!
