Flexible design right?? I had also the same doubt. But the answer is option C. As I explained,they are saying that the FD should have the flexibility to match with the current policy and to adapt to a range of alternatives , proven and forward looking policies. Even though policies and guidelines resemble each other, guidelines can be modified by individuals or specific departments internally at any point of time unlike policies which will be for a period of time as mentioned in the text and the modifications if any will be from the authority level and it is not always be changeable like guidelines. There is no requirement for the policies to be flexible enough with the guidelines since guidelines can be changed at any time by individual departments ,ironically the guideline should be always in accordance with the policies.

It is up to you. 15 minutes is the stipulated time. You are the one who should decide whether to concentrate on the content or the questions. No examiner will take from you the paper in between part -A. The recommendation from my experience is to concentrate on texts and understand the meaning, then you can write all the answers without searching too much ,which would not take that much time. That is what exactly been depicted in the video. It's a mock of the exam. I have ‘n't added any extra time or pause. But this is one of the methods, all of them have their on way of doing. Well, 14 th question is not a fill in the blank question dear. It’s a word /phrase/ short answer type. The redundancy matters in fill in the blanks since the meaning of the total sentence will change if the same word repeats. But here the answer you can write Vibrio or Vibrio infection. Check the answer key.

One more point to add this FYI, if you watched the video till the end , you might have listen that I said this is not the way that I am actually reading when I am doing part-A. I could read more faster than the video because in the video , I am dictating while reading for viewers’ understanding. Therefore, the time taken for reading in the video is not like the real time for me to read the 4 texts . I can complete all the texts with full concentration within 3-4 minutes. Everybody can do the same with consistent practice. Hope it is clear now.
