I’ve noticed that many white Mexicans especially don’t like talking about racism or colorism in Mexico, as when it’s brought up they either say that you’re weird and that it’s only an American thing to do to focus on color and race so much, or also bring up how they were made fun of for being white, like they get called a name, but I think there’s a difference between being called a mean name and an entire group of black or brown skinned people being seen as dumb and dirty criminals, I’ve seen it, all the ads, buildboards and tv programs use only the white ones, the richest one are the white ones, and the white ones are seen as better overall even by the darker skinned people, it’s a topic that really Is disheartening the more I look into it
