I heard HDB will want to do something about these terrsce houses. Unfortunately, this type of HDB Landed houses are not in most HDB estates. Some units like these were sold around 700k+ before COVID19. A friend wanted to buy but due to less than 40years lease on a particular unit, she had to fork out most of the money in cash. She didn't proceed. 😢

It's called plantation because ive heard from taxi uncle that there used to be plantations there, such as beside plantation village or beside the HDBs still have it.

Love it! I'm living in my 5 room HDB with my dog, just the 2 of us. I regret being cheap only spending $30k, which still is a lot of money but can really see what magic that $70k can do. My walk in wardrobe is no where near as grand as hers haha

That number doesn't make sense. Either you are renting and spent 100k furnishing, which is a massive waste (which would be rather typical for * just a girl * ), or you're making that number up entirely.

Why do you lie? The only way this cost 60-70k is if you bought everything *instead of building it* Renovations are great but a small flat doesn't take more than 20k to do something on this scale and that's being extremely generous

Rattan and cane cannot last and the amount of lights would to illuminate such a huge space is a power guzzler for 2 person. If 1/2 the lights are off, the huge space would look like an eerie and void of life.

The lighting in this unit is terrible! No cozy vibes with terrible linear strip light LED's in your face. Please for the love of god get rid of the good vibes sign and purple LED's too.

I must say that is a super cosy dining and hosting area. And one of the rare good / correct use of invisible door. It's not needed all the time as doors sometimes make a place be perceived as bigger (the mind says there is more area behind the door). It is used well here. Blends and flows
