Hello, I am Atefeh. I live with my parents in the village. We were born in this village. This area is called Dasht Maghan and our village is one of the northern villages of this area. The residents here speak Turkish and are mostly engaged in agriculture and animal husbandry. My father is also one of the farmers of this village and agriculture in this village is relatively industrial. My mother has a delicious kitchen and cooks fast. I help them in their daily work.
Life is in the heart of the village and nature in the old ways and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. In this channel, I try to show you a part of the natural beauty of this region, as well as the daily activities and events of me and my family, which I hope you will enjoy watching, our company and support.

Rural Life Routine: A Taste of Heaven in Grape Leaves!

Today I've come to you with an exciting and flavorful video. I'm going to teach you how to make a delicious stuffed grape leaf recipe that will transport you to heaven!
I am Atefeh, I am trying to share parts of rural life, nature, cooking in the village and agriculture with you on this channel.

But first, we have a challenge!
Join me as we climb to the top of this wall to gather fresh and fragrant grape leaves. After washing the leaves thoroughly, we will layer them and sprinkle them with salt. We will also give them a shock of boiling water to make them extra Durability and tasty.
Now it's time to cook!
We will fry the onions, add the chicken and season it with magical spices like salt, turmeric, and pepper.Tomato paste, cooked lentils, rice, raisins, and a lot of fragrant dried herbs will also join the party.
And our fragrant leaves!
We will arrange them on a tray, fill them with our delicious mixture, and carefully roll them into rolls. We will put our beautiful and ready stuffed grape leaves in a pot and wait for the magic! ✨
