Seeing some of these unused voice lines gives me an idea on how Purple Lamp can improve upon the game’s local co-op feature (and overall Oswald’s AI system) Dialogue like “Look Mickey” or “Watch out for that Beetleworx” can be used to alert the player by pressing the top arrow on the D-Pad (If your on Controller) this would also be useful if you get stuck on a certain part of the game. For example let’s say you entered Rainbow Falls, like the first game Gus would appear right by the inkwell that you see when you first enter. As you traverse yourself through the level, up until you get to the second inkwell right in front of the thinner falls, awaiting to the Projector Substation, in single player, Oswald will automatically direct you up towards the inkwell saying “I think I see an inkwell over there, let’s check it out” In co-op, one player would press up on D-Pad to alert the other, and vise versa. This would also be useful for more certain thing in the game, such as traveling to another area and back, if player one wanted to use Gremlin Scrumpet’s balloon to travel to Mean Street North, and player two was purchasing stuff at The Emporium, Gus would say “Are You Sure” with a pop up saying if you wanted to head off to the next area, or if you wanted to wait for player two. This would be way more convenient, as a pose to the original, you couldn’t leave the area you were at without being required to wait for the second player to be there with you, or if you were entering a shop. Again this is just my idea on how to improve upon the game’s Multiplayer mechanics, Oswald’s AI, other certain features and so forth. Let me know if I missed anything and what you guys think should be improved.
