    Few People realize the Impact The Supremes(Diana Ross) had on Music. Aretha may have been the Queen of Soul and Gladys Knight Empress of Soul BUT Diana became Queen of Motown 1964 after former First Lady of Motown Mary Wells Flew the coop for Mo money after her only No.1 Pop My Guy 1964..Diana took the tiara as Queen and hold the title today.Folks forget Diana crossed over with the Supremes Long before the Queen or Empress of Soul was heard of on a International level .before Patti Whitney. Beyonce .Rhinna not even born..Cardi B WHO? Niki who? .during the Height of the civil rights movement we heard Diana with Supremes..making life and dreary boring days brighter through their voices and BRINGING ALL races together which we still see today at her concert through music.You have every Right to feel Pride in the presence of a Trail Blazer Living Legend! I feel every bit of your energy.

      Diana Ross was the Queen of "Pop" from 1964 to 1984. Madonna and Whitney were on her heels in the late 20th. Century. Internationally she was the Queen from 1964 to 2000. She is the most successful American female singer in Britain and Japan. Her dancers were doing hip hop as a dance form in the 70s. Pop-locking, Electric-slide, Electric-boggie-loo, break-dancing were all being performed by her dancers in her concerts during the late 70s. Last, but not least her dancers created a dance as an Omaige to her, you know it today as "Vogue".

    OMG! You cracked me up! 😂😂 Thank you for posting your experience online. I'm going to listen to Ms. Patti tonight in your honor. 🍷 I have a child who currently attends Juilliard, and he has the honor of working with that vocal teacher several times a week. She is as amazing as you say, if not more. Then there's the others on staff that offer just as much as her. It's not easy but worth you trying again. Enjoy Patti today and come back swinging harder. I, along with the other parents are rooting for you. 🍷🤗✊👊👌👏

    Your connection with that guy was real!! MOST who are accepted into the Juilliard drama division get in after auditioning for 2-3 years in a row, so that man might have to see you twice more to know you really want to go to his school. But, if you don't really want to study Shakespeare or if you like contemporary acting more, Juilliard might not be the training you want, anyways. They are a classical training facility, so their curriculum is Ibsen, Chekov, Moliere, and Shakespeare Shakespeare SHAKESPEARE. I can tell you will make it where you need to be no matter what, and your odds of success are way greater than the odds of getting into Juilliard! You don't even need them like that. :)

  • @katrinaspears8527
    @katrinaspears8527 6 років тому

    Hi! You will find your path. Juilliard is hard because you are training for 10-14 hours per day.literally every single day. They want to see that you have had the training or concept of what is going on and look for your resume to reflect this. You will end up where you need to be. Its how the universe work❤️
