Why did you open the posterior vaginal cuff at the beginning?
Sometimes I start that way. The posterior colpotomy is usually the most difficult part of the case. Sometimes if it is easy at the beggining I proceed. Remember the original technique from Dr Kho involves opening anterior and posterior colpotomies before uterine artery sealing. Hope this helps.
