That's for sure! Zakk is definitely the right guy for the job! Not only were Zakk and Dime best buds, Zakk can shred like no other! I saw Pantera once at Ozzfest 2000 in Somerset, WI, and Damageplan once on November 19th, 2004, just 19 days before Dime was killed! Zakk is stepping up and making Dime proud! He sounds GREAT!!! 😎🎸🤘

I was lucky enough to have seen Pantera at Ozzfest 2000 in Somerset, WI, but there are a lot of people that weren't so lucky! Some people weren't even born yet! This "Celebration" is for those people! For us that HAVE seen Pantera with Dime and Vinnie, it's great to hear these songs live again! Zakk and Charlie are doing a FANTASTIC job! 😎🤘

I've seen Pantera several times back in the 90's, so no reason really. I've seen Metallica as well back when they were playing clubs in the mid-80's.. 1st Ave., to be exact. I stood in the back alley and smoked a joint with them.

@Esb906 , "Power Metal" in '88 was the TRUE beginning of Pantera! Those first three albums in the '80's with Terry were hair band albums, NOT the Pantera we know and love today! 😎🤘

You obviously don't know squat then.... They sound great. But only 1 Pantera. Dime, vinnie, rex n Phil. Everything else is tribute to.. I grew up n saw these guys about 10 times in my youth. N I'll tell you what. There will never be another.. took my kids to see them this year n loved it. But it was missing part of its soul. N that's just a fact

@BaconWhisky , I happened to be scrolling on Facebook Monday night, August 12th, when I saw "CFH" at First Avenue! At first, I thought it was the CFH Tribute Band from Minnesota! I did some digging and found out it was PANTERA, and tickets went on sale Tuesday morning, August 13th at 10am CST! I bought one ticket at 10:03am and the rest is history! 😎🤘

I seen them on first ever tour. Helped them carry their equipment in, drank keystones with them and they signed my cfh cassette. Saw them in a small theater in Indy back in high school

@@tyedyedtravelingguy Unfortunately no. It was 1990. I met Dime and Vinnie and they were exceptionally nice. I found out a few years ago in Rex's book that they drove to that show in an RV with no headlights!

@jonathonawarnberg , yeah, I kind of figured concert footage from that show would be hard to come by! I got to meet Vinnie one time, but I never officially got to meet Dime! At The Quest in Minneapolis on November 19th, 2004, Damageplan played nineteen days Dime was killed! As Dime came onto the stage that night, I yelled, "F*ck Yeah, Dimebag", he looked right at me and threw up the horns! Less than three weeks later, he was gone! 😢🤘
