Easy Homemade Cinnamon rolls recipe
Easy Homemade Cinnamon rolls recipe
Ingredients
Warm milk - 160 ml
Sugar - 2 tablespoons
Active dry yeast - ½ teaspoon
(Instant yeast use directly to the dry ingredients)
All purpose flour - 2 ¼ cups
Salt - ¾ teaspoon
Unsalted butter (at room temperature) - ¼ cup
Knead the dough for 3-4 minutes and make a soft dough
For the cinnamon roll
Spread some soften unsalted butter
Sprinkle brown sugar
Sprinkle cinnamon powder
Bake in a preheated oven for 25- 30 minutes at 350°F OR bake until golden brown on top
For the cinnamon frosting on top
Unsalted soften butter - 2 tablespoons
Powder sugar - ½ cup
Cream cheese - ¼ cup
Cream / milk - 1 tablespoon
Vanilla essence - ½ teaspoon
