Pumped up fool
Let’s go Paddy! Champion comment that 🚀
Unreal watch man! You're filmography and editing skills are getting better each video boss! An honor to be the main star of this vid also 😉
@@TheMick2910 Big love bro! Thank you 👊🏼 ye really are Mr. Hollywood when the cameras on 📸
The most Dublin minced beef ever😂
good trainer. Stays right there, fingers on the pec to focus. Why are trainers like this guy SO RARE
@@2ezee2011 Ayee i appreciate it mate 🤝💪
Love the voice over 😂❤
I love beef❤
It looks like poop
Or just don't train to failure alone
No, no just no😭
You said it the best 👌 👍 What I saw, is why the west is so sick.
For the suace i normally use royco it makes the mince taste so mucb better
What’s a bag of chop
What if frozen
You funny as fuck dawg
perhaps cut some onion and then had it with the olive oil, it will probably get you more flavor
Oil in a non stick pan is the red flag
Disgusting 😮
I don't have access to weights, I have a pull-up bar, i do chinups eccentric(8 seconds) and concetric (8 seconds) combined, total 16 seconds each rep, 4/5 sets of 2 reps, maybe from 3rd set i meet muscle failure in the second rep's halfway, so it becomes a set of 1.5 reps 😂... But in first sets i can do 2 reps and reach failure... My primary goal is strength, muscle is not something i think about, but let's say that's secondary. For strength focus is this the right way? At 5th set i am fatigued. I do explosive squats too...20 reps 2 sets. I climb stairs to 7th floor though I have elevator(explosively 😆). Btw u got my sub
Brooo I absolutely love this comment!! You’re an absolute legend and keep grinding 💪💪 Manipulating the eccentric is definitely going to lead to more strength gains but I would definitely find ways to increase the intensity on your concentric. Those explosive squats are great example of increasing intensity on the concentric. Have you ever tried putting a backpack on and adding some bottles of water or books for extra weight? As you are focused on increasing your strength, finding ways to increase the total load of your lifts will dramatically help you on your journey. Keep up the hard work my man and if you ever have anymore questions never hesitate to reach out 🤝🫡
@@3ichris yo I'm back, Got myself some big water bottles weighting 16 kg for my chinups, when I started it was around 13 kg. Just curious, what happens if I do weighted Chin UPS for strength hypertrophy and reach fatigue, but I notice that I can do more sets(and i do more sets) if I put the weights off. should I do the sets then? What happens if I push myself? what happens if I don't? I mean I can do at least one of the two sets easily, no sweat 😉. Which one is more efficient for good results? To stop or to go for it? 🤔
I used to rinse mince before cooking it 😭😹
Same 😂
Under HOT running water for half an hour 😅
So what your tryna say is you have more leg weight LOL
Inspiring ❤
♥️🤝
True teen boy dinner lol
I didn't know that biceps curls are supersettet with lat raises 🤪
Would you like milk and sugar 💀
🤣🤣
😂😂
What does the color have to to with clamps?
Good tip❤
🙏🙏🚀🚀
Great advice. However, I’m a firm believer, no matter the weight, always have a lifting pal with you at all times, because anything can happen to us at that time. “Be wise and never compromise with safety “
Love this my man!! In a perfect world I completely agree. Always ask a friends, another gym member or staff if you feel the set will go above an RPE of 8. But sometimes I ain’t in the mood to take off my headphones so I’ll chance it 😈😈
It honestly depends on how slippery the bar is
Yeah this is a very good point actually! Those new barbells are very slippy
Terrible advice
Yoooo this comment is very useful and inspiring. Go now in peace my dear brethren *insta caption with more context* Putting clips in a bench isn’t actually incorrect but it does come with some obvious avoidable risks. However if you are having trouble stabilising the bar and find yourself pushing harder on one side than the other then clips have a very beneficial purpose. Or If you’re benching with a spotter then yes clips can also be of use.
@@3ichris I am glad you found my comment useful - often, pseudo-influencers are hesitant to acknowledge viewpoints other than their own. It pleases me that 3ichris can take a step back and objectivity examine his prior beliefs and present a rational, balanced, and honest response back. I do other a couple suggestions for you too consider when responding to comments, this will not only benefit you, but your viewer as well; 1: Keep doing what you do - sticking to your guns is a honourable trait, and the honesty reflects in the advice you give, but also follow. 2: Keep responding - not only does this help your image, but it creates a micro-systematic positive feedback loop of views and engagement, further boosting your online reach. 3: lol your algood g i'm subbing
@@JJBclassic And they say UA-cam comments are toxic…. Massive love brother 💪 I’m still a student in this game and I’ll take every ounce of feedback given. You’re a true one fella, stay up 🚀🚀
@JJBclassic proofread before posting, you make yourself look even more dumb with horrible grammar.
Great advice 👍👍👍
Good advice, I’ve always used clips out of fear of dropping it but it also stops me from pushing to failure I always rerack with a few reps left in the tank
Ayee my man 💪 I feel you on that one. Without a spotter going to failure on bench is playing with fire 🤣
@@3ichris I’ve been pinned once in my career and won’t let it happen again 😂 trying to stick with dumbbells from now on
Go on son 🚀
💪💪💪
Respect where its due so no slagging here... what a quality video mush ❤ keep up this style and class my man 💪
Awwhhh lad a comment like this means the world champ! Thank you 💪💪
Really bad manners
Which is healthier steak or beef mince ?
They’re both from a cow so I imagine it’s the same
A fat juicy steak 😊
One soid, season both soids
Just a suggestion Chris, but this could have been two separate videos. One about accessorizing the car, and the other about a walk up the glorious Diamond Hill.
🐐
🚀🚀
Ruined it with that bullshit sauce
Great video man 💪
