I’ve done 3 summers of pest control, 6 months of solar, and a year of fiber now, all d2d, and can confirm, all the critique is spot on, and coincides with how I’ve been trained by other top sellers. If you don’t realize the quality of this content, I think you need to learn how to sell or find better training. This stuff is gold.

You don’t own a business until it can run without you present. Until then, you’re self-employed with used tools.
It’s manipulation. It’s despicable. There are respectable profit margins in business. Know your over head. Know cost. Be transparent. Your efficiency makes you make more money not your mouth. I sell by telling them to get other quotes from reputable companies so they know my pricing is competitive and accurate. But I deal with $5,000-$20,000 clients. Advertise enough where I pick my customers.

This is new to me, and it explains why people say no. They aren't even listening. That information removes more than half of my anxiety. I could probably say something insanely ridiculous and they wouldn't notice now that I think of it. They really are just trying to get back to whatever and aren't even paying attention. Nervous for nothing. So it's like talking to a kid, but without telling them to snap out of it an pay attention lol. Just kindly go over it again, like you're talking to an old person who can't hear very well.
The fact that you can easily give pointers in reaction to a guy who's doing fairly well and was obviously trained by the Lester bros demonstrates your level of experience. I'm intrigued by that, and I hope you have more value to give. People say that knocking doors is easy, but it doesn't feel easy when you have no idea what you're doing and keep getting shut down over and over and over and over, and I think it's just a numbers game until you can get past the emotions that initially come with it and interfere with the ability to think rationally in the moment to use some skill. It seems like you have that skill and can assist someone with some pointers that sound pretty good once we get to the point of being ready to learn some skill..

It only took 25 seconds for you to make your first fundamental sales error. AND unbelievably, only 7 seconds more to take away probably the most genuine of tools to give the client a reason to actually make that wise decision of engaging your services in a timeframe that is not of his own choosing. From this point, unless you absolutely drop your pants and try lure the client in, with that minimum price point you advocate against, there is a fraud occurring right here under your nose.. That fraud has been perpetrated by you. Ironically, the "Price" that you gave (cause you don't quote) has been deceiving you from the moment you released him. Even worse, disrespectfully he's laughing at you with everyone behind your back. Its obvious to everyone other than you, but you must accept the fact that your price is actually in disguise. You can no longer be blissfully unaware to whats under the disguise. The price is NOW, and always HAS BEEN, a quote. And at this time another opportunity for a positive outcome has been missed. At 2 minutes in a similar fashion to Adam Sandlers ramble from billy Madison that "made every body stupider for witnessing it", you then try to segue from a balloon, to string, to wind, to direction, to a pigeon, to a foot, with a $100 bill, and complete gibberish. you may wanna know why I'm being brutal here. I'm beyond 100% certain that there is no way that you could sell $1k a day. Your sales knowledge just does not support any level of real success. I'm sorry man, but you're deceiving and giving false hope to those who may be struggling to grow their new business. I believe you think you're giving good advice but respect the struggles of your viewers and tell them this is just your uneducated theory of what you think might work. Its a dream land of your creating, but potentially a terror scape for those invested in your advice . Its very narcissistic, bordering on sociopathic to bathe in the adulation that your followers have bestowed on you. That dopamine rush must have been so addictive and arousing as you acknowledged every single one with a smiley face response. You should not be gambling on the success of your theories with someone else's livelihood. They should be the one to make the decision of whether or not, they waste their time listening to your unsupported theories, or if the should look to other more reliable sources. That way, they have all the information at hand, allowing them to come to an independent but educated decision. If you do want to improve, to give good advice to your fans, i believe you would benefit the most by researching the 5 elements of a sale. Also in what order is best to use them.
