We are a company focused on serving the Personal Trainer in a small space to the garage lifter who wants to add their favorite machines to their workouts. We design, manufacture, and operate to fill that space in the fitness equipment world that’s been unserved for too long. There are other pulley systems without rollers on the inner and outer area that don't seem to have the binding problem. I believe the issue is the actual rollers. The other pulley systems that don't have the binding issue have a larger lip at the end of the rollers that wraps around the upright a bit more, giving stability. Maybe something to consider?

Just got this second hand. Works great as a belt squat, chest supported row (and other bulldog pad stuff) and dip station. Don’t even have an Isolator, but it’s a nice compact piece if you have very limited space, and want to be able to superset in movements if your power rack is being used for another exercise.
Put the carriage low and the hex port above with the pad facing you. I used the long arm. You get a core supported face pull machine that’s perfect! Thanks Larry!

i'm excited to use mine (coming in the mail), but Larry Nolan is so jacked i have no idea if it's actually that easy or if he's just that strong. 😂 i guess the goal is to one day get strong enough so i make it look that easy
He's stronger so it looks easy.... the main piece is heavy... But I'm a female so.. to be honest,, I've actually considered selling it because of that very reason.... I also purchased a Solo stand for it and I'm glad I did, bc I wouldn't want to keep removing it from the rack 😂. But it is hard to shift up and down bc of the sheer weight of it. However, one can look at the process as an additional workout. 😂
Is there a way to do this without flipping the carriage upside down? That's a huge pain in the ass
There is! They released an extra piece that allows you to do seated curls without flipping the Carriage! It's called the hex port attachment

@@tojdavis6396 I'm unsure if till work for my 2X3 rack though. due to the mess of attachments I have including the isolator on the right upright, I would need to attach the hex port to the left upright. Im not sure if that would work due to how the Jcup is designed for a 2x3 with the port arm facing inward. What will the jcup be able to attach upside down the same as upright?
