So here we have a salesman who is wearing a mask that doesn't filter viruses and talking about 2 1/2 feet of wet sand and anthrasite rated to filter protozoa, an organism 20x larger than a virus. The filter can't filter 0.1 micron viruses and if you had to breathe through it you would soon expire. If the mask on his face can filter viruses, why is he using 2 1/2 feet of sand? Why not just use the mask alone and skip using media?
