thank you. very informative and to the point
Good stuff. I have a 20-footer i need take down at least 8 feet. By no means do i want to lose it.
Must I dilute alcohol w water?
Nope!
Thank you, very informative. 💖
They look like a husband and wife who just had a fight at the end.
Was Gary Cooper daltonian?
Thank you. I could actually understand that tutorial on pruning.
Thanks for sharing your wisdom Mal!
Wow…super cool dude!! I just purchased 2 summer crush plants they gave my flower bed a big pop!
Very pretty 😍
Very succinct. Thank you, Mr. Cutler.
Is it possible to do without the hormonpowder?
I can't tell you how happy I am to have found this video! We have some very overgrown plants (rhodi's, lol) in front of our house that are out of control. I thought that we'd need to completely remove them. With a little research, and thankfully we have time before we sell our house, hopefully we can get them looking better. Thanks so much!
Thank you!
Exactly what I was looking for, although I could use a closer shot of a latent bud.
Thank you
thank you, Sir! loved, liked, and subbed!
Where is this?
Wonderful information. Thanks for your info 🥰
Possibly, next time, consider eliminating or seriously diminishing the level of the musical background track. It serves no true purpose and often competes with the dialog..aka The part we all came to hear.
Is that isopropyl alcohol, and if so does the strength matter? Wearing gloves should be an obvious recommendation.
Wonderful. His third step - this is the only video I've seen online that describes it. True wisdom.
Thank you for this great video! This is just what I was looking for.
Coop sure was cool!
Great video
I just got the twist n shout today. It’s a lovely pink shade. I love it!
Weevils lay eggs, that turn into their larvae and will eat every single root and kill the plant stone dead. Unless of course British weevils are different (which of course they`re not). Google nematodes.
Excellent video. Thank you. 🌱
I have abnormal large grey spots on my rhododendron leaves throughout the whole bush. What might this be?
Same as mine
Please do another one with more close-ups.
Grrr, unfortunately deer are keeping my rhododendrons down to size- and removing most of the flower buds. Just one of a dozen or so that I have has flowers this year. Pieris, here I come! Even my kalmia foliage was decimated this last winter- they usually stay away from that!
Found an invasive vine wrapping around mine.
You have got to get the camera way waaaaaay closer for demo and instructional shots. If the point was to show us what to do then you need to actually SHOW us what you are specifically doing
Thank you for the tutorial.
Watching this after reading chapter 29 of East of Eden 😂
Is a southern exposure in zone 5 ok ? Foundation planting?
Not really. There are several species that will survive in zone 5, but not many. Dexter rhododendrons will not.
@@HeritageMandGVideos We have huge Rhododendrons growing in 5b zone....I have one and there are about 50 more Rhododendrons in my local neighborhood in Upstate, New York. We have neighbors with Rhododendrons that are over 25 plus years old...Yes you can grow Rhododenrons in ZONE 5 if your care for them consistently in the first few years of it being planted, establishing, and maturing....
What should I do for yellowing leaves? @@petedetraglia4776
I believe I am in zone 6 in North of Boston. when I looked online for where to plant a Rhododendrum, it said in full to part sun. I was going to plant in a location that gets more than four hours of sun mainly most of the day. Is that OK? I also was told that it can’t be planted near concrete due to the soil not being acidic enough and will harm them. is that true? Thank you.

Super helpful and easy to follow (loved the explanations for lay people!). I'm going to try it! Thanks so much!
Great information but the music is too loud/distracting.
This lady is my Rhododendron with whom I would like to propagate few children.
Very good and clear but could be louder Mike baglivo
Thank you for the video! Great information!
Thank you for this information. I"m trying to figure out why my Endless Summer is suffering. It looks like it's dying, but the stems are green, but the leaves at the top of the stem are wilting and red in colour as if it's Fall. The flowers are tiny and wilted too. It'd been happy where it is for 5-6 years or more. Not much coming up from down below, but a couple of leaves. I think I'll cut it down half way to a node and hope. No idea what went wrong. I enjoy the size and find it the ideal bivouac for my personal detail of Sri Lankan Tamil Separatists and their defensive hardware.
Good info
This plant hardy to Zone 4.
Thanks so much! Precisely the info. I was seeking re: removing spent blooms. New subscriber here!
You talk about where to cut but DON"T SHOW IT???
Thanks!
Excellent information to learn!
