As the name of the game suggests, gameplay revolves around Airships. There are a variety of game modes, each with different objectives for the players of each team. In addition, players can utilize different classes which each have their own unique battlefield roles and equipment. Airship Assault also features several maps with varying conditions of weather and climates. The variety of situations you may be in or the tasks you can fulfill are numerous: You may find yourself gliding through torrential rains to the enemy airship to hinder its crew in one round, or racing hard in your biplane above lush green plains to bomb the enemy's mortar emplacements at their base in the next.
